I’ve just got the FarmMac F380 (Stihl 380/381 clone) and it’s a great chainsaw, absolutely love it. Mine has the Walbro carburettor, Italian coil, NGK spark plug, 24” bar and chain with American steel and a heap of extras. I have almost finished running it in and it goes hard with heaps of talk. Hopefully you enjoy your saw.
Got the NS 892 a while back. Beast of a saw. Pulls a 36” bar/chain all day with authority. Handily outperforms my G660 Farmer Tec pro. Been hoping to find a clone of the 372 non X tork. Will have to check this out.
Been seeing these around for a couple of months now. Wondering how they hold up! Can't wait to see you put it through it's paces! I think you need to get a bar just a tad longer! :)
I think it’s pretty sweet but I couldn’t help but think it was a little bit slow in the wood but that was its first tank of gas so I’m sure it will get faster I can’t wait to see what that thing will do!
The tank guard skid plate is a $30 upgrade.pretty impressive they include that.nice saw.I'm going to look into the farmmac saws.the two blue clones I have are treating me very well.
That’s what I was just thinking plus that tool kit is super nice with the little T-handles… ring compressor’s … Oregon copy of the red sizing card.. I use those a lot when you find a chain that you need to size to figure out where it goes… what gauge it is… looks good!
Yeah, I figured out immediately after saying it...oh well. Yeah, it was lazy, but it was completely fresh, so I didn't wanna knock it yet. Hopefully it will liven up after some heat cycles.
Same. Different colors. All identical. Same Chinese factory 🙄New name coming next week. Love the “Light” chainsaw bar branding with no actual weight reduction 😂 Thought I saw Blake Shelton’s cousin at the Paul Bunyan Show. 🤔
And orange driver has that thing you said to help turn so it’s easier to tell 1/4 turn from half etc. not to help leverage but I’m just a loggers wife what do I know
Interesting but I’ll be sticking with my stihl pro saws. Yes you pay more but you get parts support for many years not that I’ve needed it. Personally I don’t get too concerned about looks or colours on saws just need them to work.
I am 13:00 in the video and I hope it proves me wrong but it just looks cheaply made to me. Mainly the plastics being thin to the skid plate and the air filter . At 16:33 I do not like the fact that one of the dogs is attached to the side cover at all and the bar does look good but he is right that it most likely is not light weight .Right off the bat , a full carb adjust so we don't know if it was done to their specs or not and the saw is seriously lacking chain speed because a full chisel chain should be eating it up . Just my thoughts but it is a no from me because these clones are getting to be more and more every day and just from this video I do not agree that it is the best . I bet they sent it to him free by the way he is talking more about the tools and extras than the saw . Keep Cuttin !
I forget but the setting on the high and low but I think you put them both all the way tight then one and a half turns out on the high speed and one and a quarter on the low speed adjustment, my first new saw was a husky 181 then I got a 288 when they came out ,I was a buckermen
Skid plate and T-handles in the tool kit…the ring compressor kit and stuff is freakin awesome!!! The gray color pattern is freakin sweet to! I’d love to actually see the inside of the cylinder to see if they have a higher quality finish around the port window’s or if they bevel their edges any better? I’m still gawking at the orange skid plate… I’ve bought those for $30 bucks plus the shipping I’m thinking to protect a plastic tank… that and those tools in your tool kit are a $50 spot maybe… it’s definitely a huge value there ??? They are really good looking saw’s!!!
My farmmac f372 didn't come with the chain tensioner so I will have to see how I can get in touch with the company! Any suggestions on how to contact them?
Anytime I've seen someone go into the neo's inside they are trash. They advertise as being a better clone and make the outsides pretty but the core quality seems to be very sub par. Personally I'm immediately suspicious of anyone saying these saws are better than farmertec. Seem like Kool aid drinkers and/or paid advertising. Just imo
I understand the skepticism. I've only ever had a handful of clone saws and this is my first 372xp clone. Like I said, I've never owned a Neotec product until this one. Just going off of others reviews and folks seem to like them.
@@jadeolin8514 my Neotec 365 burned up in the first 8 minutes. It sounded like it had an air leak from the get go, tried adjusting carb, that helped only a little bit, put it in wood, made 5-6 cuts, pulled out of the wood and gave it a couple light revs and it locked up lol. Seems like the only make the plastics look real good but engines are trashy. I am also hearing this kind of stuff from other guys who bought them. OEM for me at this point.
In my experience clone saws use cheaper plastic and soft metal. The cracked clutch cover should tell you something about the quality. Of course everything now is cheap, even Stihl and Husky have "sold out" to cheap consumer garbage.

One of the 1st not so good things I've heard about those saws but it's always the carb ,which theres nevr a good time to have problems show up especially production logging
I own a Husky 372 XP X-TORQ. It's one of my VERY BEST saws. High RPM revving beast and will cut fast and not bog down. VERY STRONG. My 372XP would cut that piece you cut in just over half that time. I'm tellin ya, it's a BEAST. Bottom line, this saw can't match mine. You need to wear Z87's too, or I'd run you off my jobsite.

I had an 044 and it would just rip through logs that size and slightly bigger with a 28 inch bar all day long, but anyway that saw looks like an oleo mac (McCulloughs version of the sachs dolmar) I had almost 30 years ago. The saw looks really nice actually looks better then the blue Stihl clone. I reckon with a few tweaks it will be a beast.

Maybe I'll make some cooler decals for it and call it that.
Hey I'm a newbie. Can I get some more info on why having the included decompression valve installed will kill the top end?
Hi those decomps are bad quality if it fail it drops into the cylinder and will damage the top end
