I’m used to playing the typical run and gun games like doom which is not a stealth game but I’m just so used to just running in and finding the target and killing them and I’m learning that taking my time and having patience will give me a better outcome

People who got knocked out by the tranquilizer dart are considered as an accident. You can even hear the guy at the reception desk say "we got a real bad accident over here", so you don't have to worry about the body being found. Things that count as accidental knockout are sedative poison, tranquilizer dart, chloroform bottle, explosion, banana peel, wet floor, soap etc
There are 2 kinds of KO in Hitman 2 'Sedated' and 'Knocked out' Sedated like from slipping, or the Kalmer tranquilizer dart counts as an accident, meaning that if the body if found, your SA is not void. Knocked out like from throwing objects or fire extinguishers, or some other slippages (I think water puddles on other levels except New York counts as Knocked out) are NOT an accident and as such if found, will void SA.
Probably the best mission in the entire reboot series imo. Second place being Sapienza Edit: with Hitman 3 out The Bank is now my second favourite mission. My fav is Berlin. And whilst I’m at it third place is replaced with Dartmoor.
