I too, have been on the receiving end of some of this. I started wearing brimmed hats because after the 30 yrs. I spent out in all sorts of weather as an arborist & horticulturist, I had my doctor suggest it would be prudent to limit my solar exposure to protect my skin. After seeing how many of my previous co-workers were now having bits of skin carved from their faces & necks by their doctors, I concurred. I spend a lot of time outside, and as a result found out how indispensable such a hat is in practical terms in all sorts of weather - so I now have a four hat 'collection' (as my wife deems it). Folks have forgotten that there are regional differences in headwear, and they term all my hats 'cowboy hats', though not all are. I just retired from my second 15 year career as a middle-school science instructor last June, and had a strange experience my last year at the school. We had an outside activity (prior to COVID-19 restrictions) for the students at the middle school, so going outside I naturally donned my chapeau, went out and joined the kids. Two parents passing by had to stop their cars, and go into the office to tell the administrators that there was "a strange guy w/a cowboy hat interacting w/the children" - a third parent passing by in their car called the office on their cell phone 'to alert them'. They were amazed that the hat was being worn by a teacher from the school. Wow. That was real head-shaker for all of us. I live in the midwest, Northern Illinois near Lake Michigan, and there are other men I see - mostly oldsters like myself - that wear similar headgear. So it's not super-unusual to see these brimmed hats worn. On the other hand, I have had many complements from ladies (mostly my own age) that complement me on my choice of headgear (a most pleasant thing), and a couple of young men tell me they didn't realize hats look so good and they were going to get one. The kids at the school told me they liked my hats. So don't despair - keep wearing that hat! There is a growing segment of society that are Triggered by any open display of Pure American Manliness. Some Know you are cooler than them and are intimidated. I'm in Boston, Initially they are Stunned, it's unusual! My Buckys T-Shirt becomes an easy place for their eyes to hide. Being Really Large and Hideously Ugly has always made them run the other way whether I'm sporting my Stetson Gus or a Red Sox hat
@Sirtristan31, same here in Finland, I used to wear Stetson western hats and still often wearing summer straw cowboy hat but during colder months I switched to Akubra Cattleman , these seem to not attract that much of attention, on occasion I do also wear standard Akubra Capdraft and stylemaster fedora type fur felt hats, these are soft and comfy hats
I live in the Philadelphia Pa/ Trenton NJ area and get strange looks as well. Some people only wear it to a rodeo or a Country Music concert. For everyday use I use to feel self conscious but don't care anymore. It feels good and will get an occasional compliment.
Same here. I live in NH, but only 40 mins north of Boston. Cowboy Hats are unusual. But I do get lots of compliments. I started with nice boots and was self conscious about wearing a hat. But now it’s second nature and I don’t care what any one thinks.
I think peoiple who dont wear cowboy hats justdont understand why people who do wear them like them so much. A lot of the time people have the asssumtion that if you wear a cowboy hat, you must be a cowboy. Nothing could be further from the truth. Hats are an expression of your personality. I believe the same is true about boots. You dont have to be a cowboy to wear cowboy boots. What you wear is an expression of your peronality. You hat, your boots, the jeans , shirt and jacket you wear.. They are all you. I noticed this last winter that many men my age were all wearing the teh same style jacket. Mostly with names like North face and Under armour. Me I wear a Filson Mackinaw Cruiser. Ive worn the same jacket for years. Am I out of style? No, Im in my style!!! Your hat is your style. Stick with it and dont let the drones in our society dictate what we should all wear. Besides, I heard another youtuber say "nothing is more American than a Cowboy hat". No truer words have ever been spoken!!!!
Wow, the coincidence, I am a truck driver too, watching your video in my sleeper, thinking about wearing a cowboy hat, I am from Chicago, but now live in dallas, thinking if I can pull it off.
Really appreciate this video. I live in Sacramento, I'm a high school history teacher with a 6-year MA in History. I grew up all over California and lived for about 10 years off and on in Auburn. I recently bought an Akubra Snowy River hat to help keep me dry when I walk my dog in the evenings, and I've yet to have anyone comment on it or shy away from me like you describe. But I do feel like people will make assumptions about me, that would likely be incorrect, based on the fact that I am wearing one of the most logical, practical pieces of hat wear for crappy weather. I don't have a desire to start some ridiculous stereotyping/political conversation here on your channel...but I really wish we could all just get the f... over ourselves and over our willingness to judge others, particularly based on what we wear. Honestly, I feel like many of the divisions that we suffer from have been fabricated in an effort to divide us. Why is it that I would feel even remotely "weird" wearing something that is typically "reserved" for people who would criticize and make fun of me for what is important to me? Why is is that you would experience this recoiling away from you based on the simple act of wearing this cool, really nice looking, and practical piece of hat wear? You know what I'm saying? Cowboy hats are a great idea and beat the shit out of the latest polyester gimmick. The divisions are really tiring, and I wish we could all just recognize the value that people from all walks of life bring to the table. Cowboy hats are awesome and yours fits you well, sir. Keep rockin' it with pride! Anyone who judges you be damned for their simple/closed mindedness.
I got a leather outback that i use when it's raining and really sunny. It's perfect. I don't mind it. Hell i might even grab some boots to go along with it. Btw a cowboy hat is more appropriate for trucking than shorts and flip flops.
I'm a rancher and heavy haul trucker in Southern Ohio and I always have a cowboy hat on. I own 9 different ones with diff. Creases but my favorite. Is def the gus crease with a low flat brim . Another thing like the post below , with all the craziness going on right now I wear my hat and my shades and my long coat and I don't get shit from anyone cause I'm not wearing a mask or taking ay stupid shot. I expect respect and I don't mind intimidating the crap outta folks .
¡ i FIND THAT TO BE KIND OF UNUSUAL, IN THAT i HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THAT WEARING my STETSON MAKE me MORE POLITE ! AS THOUGH i AM BEING HELD TO A HIGHER SOCIAL STANDARD OF ETIQUETTE & MANNERS THAN i WOULD BE WITHOUT IT ! AS FAR AS COLOUR GOES i WEAR A STETSON CARIBOU ( KIND OF A CHARCOAL GRAY), ABOUT AS CLOSE TO BLACK AS YOU CAN GET WITHOUT IT ACTUALLY BEING BLACK !
Keep doing what you're doing, the Cowboy hat is an American cultural Icon ! People are weird these days anyway...maybe they have been watching Yellowstone and you look like you might kick them off the ranch for trespassing ...Lol
I see people saying that the "cowboy attire" (meaning boots, hats, and similar country clothing) is a myth, some say it's pretty normal. Is it a regional thing? Do Texas cities not wear them?
Wear it with pride. Don't you worry what others think. Heak I live in Denmark EU and I wear cowboy hats... The way folks look at me when I'm passing by with My hat and boots makes me laugh.
Some guy dancing grabbed my hat off my head at a bar. My blood boiled and I wanted lay him out but a girl and guy next to him had their eyes turn white and ran in front of me saying he's British and visiting from the UK and that he doesn't know any better
@@truckinitup5186 Maybe, they are admiring your Hat. I often admire hats from afar and don't necessarily engage in conversation, especially, with men I don't know. 🤠
Your cowboy hat doesn't scare me I like the cowboy style I wear cowboy boots cowboy hat and who cares what people think you are what you like I wear cowboy stuff too Cowboy Up❤
I live in the UK and I have 4 cowboy hats from stetson and baron. I wear them all the time and get loads of looks and comments. Some compliments, but mainly people asking where my horse is, or stupid yeee haha noises from the sheeple out there. I couldn't care less what people think, but I do know they are brilliant hats. I walk a lot and they keep the rain off your head, the sun out of your eyes, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I really don't know why they are not worn by many more people. If I get a silly comment from someone wearing a baseball cap I reply asking them which position they play.
Honestly, that is so strange that you had that reaction in Wyoming. In Texas and Wyoming cowboy hats just don't get much negative attention. I'm 6'7 and wear a stetson straw or felt daily and nobody really questions it unless I am some place like Atlanta.
Thats what prompted me to make the video, people rarely take notice but I'm finding that culture is slowly changing and blue and green hair is normal and cowboy culture is fading.
@@truckinitup5186 Man, ain't that the truth. I have a real fear we'll lose our heritage, roots, and culture to the over correction that typically happens when change is made.
Great video I'm a truck driver as well I don't even get out and do a PTI without wearing my hat I don't care what people think or how they feel I'm wearing what I want to wear and there's nothing they can do about it
50 years ago I wore a black cowboy hat black t-shirt,chain drive wallet and cowboy boots. I had two pairs of boots my daily ones and my church and court boots. The girls loved it but their mothers hated that. It wasn't really to look cool 'cause back then people were wearing the blue addias. I found the black t-and boots didn't get as dirty looking.
I have several hats different colors and now its like a game to see who's gonna react which way. If my face was tattooed and my hair was purple I would get let attention.
those hats are extremely nice , i hope you guys wear it again whenever you want , seems people now just wearing those ugly clothing from costco or something, so boring
I have noticed this also wearing my cowboy hat if there is a problem it's with them use your cowboy hat as a early warning to distance yourself from anyone you think has a problem with your cowboy hat.
I am not sure that it's only the hat. The mixture of being well-built, having that mustache-beard combo plus the hat gives you a kind of "tough like a wrestler from WWF" look. At the beginning of the video I thought that you are bald under the hat which would add an extra bit to that badass look. I don't find it scary but people nowadays get scared of anything. The way you speak gives an impression of a calm character so people should not be scared.
Man this stuff blows me away the way people think. First of all your a trucker like my father who past away a few years ago so any trucker to me is a cowboy be proud of it. I’m from a province in Canada called Newfoundland and this is a fishing island. I love my cowboy boots and not many wear them here but if anyone looks at me and wants to say something I will give them the look and they will shut up pretty quick. You wear what makes you happy my friend and to hell with those people. I wouldn’t be as cool as you with that guy who made the comment about your horse I would have been in jail that night lol. He probably had Spider-Man underwear on
I remember going to a 7-11 after work to get some gas and I saw a man dressed in a long black duster, black pants, boots and a Stetson hat. He bought a large cup of coffee, paid and left. The cashier told me that she had never seen anyone who was dressed as he was. He made her feel uncomfortable. I told her that I have seen many men dressed up the way that man was. It’s not a problem. I surmised that he was not from the area and because he walked in, he was in the area to do some work. The hat looks good on you.
Living here in Jackson, Wyoming, the only people who seem intimidated by me are the tourists. And when I wear one of my cowboy hats, well… Makes me wonder if the truck stop people were from out of state?
I wish more ppl would wear western hats , the trucker hats are becoming more popular got many of them but I like the looks , feel and I’m most comfortable in wearing my western wear but of course I live in the country lol , it’s so iconic to the frontier of the west, when you wear a cowboy hat you stand out and gotta be very comfortable with your self because ppl will look at you like your from another world . It’s so iconic when you wear it ppl automatically link it to cowboy, no other style like it for example if you see someone wearing Nike you don’t automatically think they are an athlete
As somebody who was born and raised in west Texas…..the hat is worn everywhere, it’s very common of course here. It doesn’t matter if you live in L.A. to NYC…to Japan, to London…wear it with pride man! People just don’t understand. It’s a hat. It’s a symbol of uniqueness. You keep on stepping! I wear mine all the time. I could care less what people think. It’s very common where I am. Not many people wear them my age unless they are at a festival or rodeo or work in that environment. I wear it because that was my upbringing and I am embracing it more.
I do appreciate all you southerners(and folks in other US states) who are keeping those cowboy style clothing traditions alive, as a foreign national, Cowboy style outfits are the purest American heritage and tradition, yet lots of people living in foreign countries real admires 'this Americana*, for instance, I'm wearing my Lucchese boots almost every day and occasionally cowboy style or other wide-brimmed or fedora style hats
I usually wear old tine creases and my hats. I wear a Gus crease a lot. People look because it's not the norm. I don't really think much of it one way or the other.
I agree with you about your family or you used to live I think they don't see it and I think a lot of people do cuz I still see people wearing cowboy hats and Boots when I go out in the community
70 years old. I live in N. Eastern Pa. I am a retired semi operator of 35 years. I have several Cowboy hats, for the occasion. I have a all ways wore boots, the only thing I was missing was the hat. I have always been in awe of the Pioneer West. I didn’t wear the hat till about two years ago....hence I would not go out doors with out one! It’s a message as it is a good looking piece of apparel. 🤠
Own a couple of cowboy hats living in Western NY and get compliments now and then. I think most folks are not confident and when someone wearing something that commands attention enters the room they give respect to the self confidence they wish they had being displayed.
I wear a Western wide brim almost all the time. Doesn’t matter if I’m out on the town, or working the ranch I help out at. It’s something people make judgements about for better or worse. The thing to consider is that if you like it, and it works for your personality, people’s reaction to it is just that. It’s on them. If you carry yourself like a standup guy, and people assume poorly of you based on something like that, there’s a lot to be said for knowing where you stand with those around you. Be safe. Cheers.
Usually anything under $200 is made of wool or a wool-felt. $250+ you'll probably be getting felt of some kind. This is strictly retail pricing I'm going off of.
That’s a nice hat and looks sharp! Cowboy hats make me smile. I don’t know why but the Cowboy thing has been portrayed as a serious angry John Wayne thing for too long. Cowboys and cowboy hats make me smile. I think of Gus McCrae, smart, witty, happy and playful.
Yeah I been rockin a open road for… well over a decade before they were chic and cool and most people aren’t necessarily afraid but the immediately look away because folks think you’ll notice them staring and typically hat wearers stand out cause… well there’s not many of us left. Most people think it looks good and don’t know how to pull it off, or afraid of judgement…. But bro you keep rockin that hat. It looks great.
I JUST WEAR MY COWBOY Hat. When I put it on thats it. I have several and I may be crazy but I put on a different cowboy hat I'm a different cowboy or person. That can be fun . I go to Tombstone when I can and have dressed in many 1800s outfits . I really don't care what people think though most comments are very positive. Life is to short enjoy yourself. THE DARK COWBOY
I’m from Alabama and seen it from the line of Florida to Louisiana, to me it’s confidence . Maybe they just know not to F with you chief . Keep getting your cowboy on it looks great
Sir your not the only one that deals with this I live in Texas and your not the only one that deals with this in Texas most people Wair caps I mess the old times when this was normal nice coby at by the way
I wear a cowboy hat out almost everyday with a full beard & leather boots , leather belt @ work or to go out plus I drive a Chevrolet Silverado here in the city in sunny South Florida area and people stare at me all the time haven't gotten any negative reactions or anything like that yet however most city folk look stunned to see a modern Cowboy / Vaquero in the city I've also gotten compliments so mostly positive feedback keep doing what your doing could be that most Americans depending on the city / state just have a negative perspective on Cowboys due to the wild west movies so they seem intimidated & think we're bad guys or something about to pull a bank heist or a shootout on horseback lol . For most of us it gives us a badass outlaw bandido look you should see the reactions I've got wearing my Mexican Charro Mariachi Bandido Hat 😅 . Yet most women think cowboys / vaqueros are sexy so makes sense why they stare haha 🤠💪🏼🧔🏻🔥🐴🐎
I wore a Stetson buffalo collection hat myself I love my Stetson I’m a truck driver I go in the truckstops nobody gives me a second look where my hat of course I mainly run in Texas
Also Stetson is a very good hat cause I paid $132 for mine at a store and the buffalo hat is not waterproof it’s 4 X that means it has very little beaver fur
In Wyoming? Wow, that is weird. I'm in Southern Cal and I do get looks but lots of compliments as well. We are living in strange times and people are dressing in lots of different attire some of which we wouldn't have seen a few years ago. Wearing a Cowboy hat is nothing compared to that.
Just trying to put some more logic behind it maybe people don't wanna bump into your hat or are surprised by it but don't know how to ask what kinda hat it is and
I think it's a shame that stetson hat co. didn't ship Your hat in a manner that reflects Their reputation ! I'm in the market for a daily hat Myself. I'm calling David Morgan Co. after They open today . I'm thinking Akubra hat in some form . I'm leaning toward a cattleman or something similar . I want it pretty much the same reasons as You wanted Your hat . My main concern is the maintaince of the brim ( They suggest setting hat upside down to keep the shape of the bow in the brim ) . Sounds high maintenance to Me ( I drive a truck too -- not a fancy one like Yours though ! The one I drive is a day cab ... it could jar the bow of a 2x4 out )
Life's too short to let other people dictate your actions. Anyone offended by an American culture icon like a western style hat is no one I would want to be friends with. No skin off my nose.

Or to start pretending like you're picking your nose that's what I do when people stare too long it makes them look away real quick lol
i get the same looks in pa we live in a very rural cow horse area and ppl look at me like i’m a serial killer anywhere i walk in i’ll just stay being me fuck em
I live in the Netherlands and I wear my Akubra Coober Pedy or my Stetson Widebrim on a daily bases. People over here are soooooo not used to hats.
Cheers from Australia. Akubra are great hats.
@@madeleyinc that’s a fact. I’m saving for my next akubra, the cattleman. Hopefully next month
@@madeleyincAgree. I have three Akubras. Well made!
Looks good keep wearing it let them them be scared 😮.
It exudes a level of zero fks given that makes people uncomfortable.
The sheep always get weird when something wild walks into their sphere.
In some areas State troopers wear those. That would give criminals some cause for concern.
I love it. I just ordered a Stetson open road.
what color? Im thinking of getting a silver belly one
Mine is arriving tomorrow in black. If I like it I’ll get another one in a different color.
Very well said.
An Akubra Snowy River is a great hat by a great hat company. They’re jealous of your good taste.
Not an American cowboy hat. They don’t make the same statement.
I heard someone else say a cowboy hat is liberal repellent.
Fuck yeah I walk into a store sign says masks or no service well I have my hat no one gives me shit at all
¡ i FIND THAT TO BE KIND OF UNUSUAL, IN THAT i HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THAT WEARING my STETSON MAKE me MORE POLITE !
I get a lot of nods from men and smiles from women when I wear mine (Kansas).👍🏻
Thats how it is here in Nebraska. Just not so much when I travel to Oregon and Washington.
Nothing wrong with your hat, cowboy!
It wasn’t the hat that scared people; there was a grizzly bear right behind you.
I'm from El Paso, TX. and I see plenty of people wearing cowboy hats every day I go out in public; but then again it's Texas!
I see people saying that the "cowboy attire" (meaning boots, hats, and similar country clothing) is a myth, some say it's pretty normal. Is it a regional thing? Do Texas cities not wear them?
@@PUNISHERMHS_2021 true I live in Texas and get Laughed and weird looks but I see a lot of southern people with caps Jean and boots
I live in Texas too. I love wearing western wear. I have the cowboy spirit in me.
Wear it with pride. Don't you worry what others think. Heak I live in Denmark EU and I wear cowboy hats... The way folks look at me when I'm passing by with My hat and boots makes me laugh.
Yeah, I bet they get a bigger laugh though! Haha!

Some guy dancing grabbed my hat off my head at a bar. My blood boiled and I wanted lay him out but a girl and guy next to him had their eyes turn white and ran in front of me saying he's British and visiting from the UK and that he doesn't know any better
I've seen fights break out over the same thing when I was in Germany. Other cultures don't understand our hats are sacred.
@@truckinitup5186 Maybe, they are admiring your Hat. I often admire hats from afar and don't necessarily engage in conversation, especially, with men I don't know. 🤠
Your cowboy hat doesn't scare me I like the cowboy style I wear cowboy boots cowboy hat and who cares what people think you are what you like I wear cowboy stuff too Cowboy Up❤
You actually did a nice job on shaping your hat. That looks good on you.
Yucaipa,California here and I wear mine brother. Looks good
Honestly, that is so strange that you had that reaction in Wyoming.
Great video I'm a truck driver as well I don't even get out and do a PTI without wearing my hat I don't care what people think or how they feel I'm wearing what I want to wear and there's nothing they can do about it
Personally, I don't think it looks scary. I think it looks cool!! I have a black Buffalo wool hat myself. I love it.
Wearing a hat used to be common. Keep u warm/ keep heat off ur head in summer. Now men don’t have the courage to not care what people think!
In my opinion your hat looks great and fits you very well...but today people are strange. So keep on wearing it :-)
I have a black 40x Stetson cowboy hat & I get looks from folks who look like they are intimidated by me which kinda makes me feel like a badass ☺️☺️☺️
I have several hats different colors and now its like a game to see who's gonna react which way. If my face was tattooed and my hair was purple I would get let attention.
those hats are extremely nice , i hope you guys wear it again whenever you want , seems people now just wearing those ugly clothing from costco or something, so boring
I think cowboy hats look terrific. What you say astonishes me.
I have noticed this also wearing my cowboy hat if there is a problem it's with them use your cowboy hat as a early warning to distance yourself from anyone you think has a problem with your cowboy hat.
@justaman7673 yes it is weird but remember them that care don't matter and them that don't care matter.
Good stuff. Wear your gear with pride. Thanks for sharing.
He probably had Spider-Man underwear on
On my horse ranch I allways where 1000x beaver hats even in 120 degrees
I am German and here the people are afraid when I wear my Pickelhaube. (pimple hood)
I hope when you wear your cowboy hat I hope you wear your cowboy boots and I live in Wisconsin cowboy boots are very popular
I wear several different hats Newsboy Hat, Fedora, Gambler Hat and the Akubra Hat which is the Slauch Hat and the Territory Hat.
They know that if you are wearing a cowboy hat you have to have a Colt 45 on you.
I love to see a video on your cowboy boots when you drive your truck I like your hat by the way cowboy up
Just bought my first Black Stetson Cowboy hat. It’s felt and it’s a beautiful one.
Best felt hat I ever had was a Black stetson I bought 25 years ago. Was stolen by a girlfriend I dumped at the time.
And when I wear one of my cowboy hats, well…
Makes me wonder if the truck stop people were from out of state?
They know you got big balls to be walking around with a black cowboy hat.
Doesn’t scare me. I would rather shake your hand and tell you you’re a badass.
Who cares that hat is awesome and besides this is America you can wear what you want
Be safe. Cheers.
I judge the "mushroom heads" that wear baseball hats backwards.
I believe it's your facial hair 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠
Who cares what any of them think. I’m about to get a straw one because it’s July in Texas.
Exactly, I enjoy it when people stare. Fuck them.
People in Wisconsin were cowboy hats and Boots cowboy up I love your video
I wear my cowboy hat collection proud in Ohio and Michigan. 🤠
People and my family the cowboy hat just makes them uncomfortable for some reason thanks for this video keep wearing it
Beautiful! 👏
I JUST WEAR MY COWBOY Hat. When I put it on thats it. I have several and I
may be crazy but I put on a different cowboy hat I'm a different cowboy or person.
Keep getting your cowboy on it looks great
Cool hat. Nice job reshaping.
Just got a Stetson Stratoliner Pure Tobacco and I'm wearing this to bed 🛌
Sir your not the only one that deals with this I live in Texas and your not the only one that deals with this in Texas most people Wair caps I mess the old times when this was normal nice coby at by the way
My wife started wearing hats too and that gets a lot of looks. But we don’t care. I just stare back and they turn away and go.
@@truckinitup5186 wow I get laughed a lot
@@Easttcu that aint cool. I had my share of people being mean and picking on me. They aren't worth my time.
Keep on doing you brother people tend to stare at things that are out of the norm in their eyes
It's a sign of self confidence and Americana 🇺🇸🇺🇸
You be you.I wear jeans, boots t shirt and a cap and overalls,if these city folk have a problem with that, that's just what it is...their problem
Hat looks good man. Wear it!
I don't have a problem, looks great to me!
Bro, people are wearing cowboy hats even in Ukraine, not many but my dad does. It's all about freedom.
Just trying to put some more logic behind it maybe people don't wanna bump into your hat or are surprised by it but don't know how to ask what kinda hat it is and
I mean did it happen on multiple occasions and at different places or was it just one incident?
Happens all the time color of hat makes no difference. I don't mind I think it's funny now.
I think it's a shame that stetson hat co. didn't ship Your hat in a manner
that reflects Their reputation !
I'm in the market for a daily hat Myself. I'm calling David Morgan
Co. after They open today . I'm
thinking Akubra hat in some form .
I'm leaning toward a cattleman
or something similar . I want it pretty much the same reasons as You wanted Your hat . My main concern
is the maintaince of the brim ( They
suggest setting hat upside down
to keep the shape of the bow in the brim ) . Sounds high maintenance
to Me ( I drive a truck too -- not a fancy one like Yours though ! The one I drive is a day cab ... it could
jar the bow of a 2x4 out )
I have a mark Christopher hat rack i bought on Amazon that I put my hats on at home. Works well.
Life's too short to let other people dictate your actions. Anyone offended by an American culture icon like a western style hat is no one I would want to be friends with. No skin off my nose.
HOWDY from the lone star state of TEXAS!
Probably because you're tall and look menacing. You look way different without the hat
