will def be trying the walk away technique since i spend way too much time on my desk doing nothing when i’m supposed to be studying 🤦♀️ loved this video as always :)
This was sooo good and actually helpful unlike many other study videos. Thank you! I recommend the Eisenhower Matrix method when making a physical to-do list by the way xx
exercise is so real i played volleyball during my year 12 mocks weekend that were for my predicted and injured my thumb so i got to type all my geography and economics exams 😁 (my thumb is still injured)
mm i revised quite a lot during year 12 - i'd say minimum 8hrs a day but i don't think that's necessary. as long as you're present in class and make sure you understand everything, plus necessary revision for mocks, you'll be more than fine. worth noting that the more you do in year 12 the less you have to do in year 13 though. (nothing in life is ever that serious anyway)
@@yanr4n Alright cheers, im doing around 6hrs now but i only have 3 a levels (Maths Physics and Cs) and am not doing an EPQ. I didn't really do much for the past 3 months but have ramped up my discipline. did you ever get burned out and if so how'd you like not get burned out 💀
@@shottafluh 6 hours seems like a good amount of time to me :) i did sometimes get burnt out - when that happened i used to set a space of time everyday (normally after dinner) to do something non work related like read or take a bath. that way i didn't feel too guilty about taking days off but i was still letting my mind rest for a bit. some people find it better to take a weekend off to completely reset and then get back into it. i think the most important thing is setting strict deadlines when you're not going to think about studying at all
