Here is mine from Wikipedia and it tells a different story: In 2018 a photo of Marie Currie appeared in Bad Reputation a documentary about Cherie's ex-bandmate, Joan Jett's career. Cherie tells the story of how Kim Fowley would not allow them both to join the Runaways because he did not want a set of identical twins being backed by an all girl rock band. Therefore, only Cherie joined.

If you read the book, during this time Cherie was completely dragged out and you can tell in her eyes she is not there mentally. I feel so bad for her. She kept saying things about HER music, bc she was forced to work with her sister.

It's not a lifestyle that I envy and anyways with my asthma, no way would I purposefully make my condition worse lol But she's a pretty cool gal. She wished me a happy birthday a few times on Facebook. I would love to say hi to her in person one day.
