Mr. Rookmangud Katwal is a former General of Nepal Army who served as Chief of Nepal Army Staff during a pivotal moment in Nepal’s history from 2006 to 2009. Rookmangud Katwal is a man who once topped the 61-day United States Army Ranger School. Katwal's Autobiography named "Rookmangud Katwal" has been loved by many. Army was well aware about the upcoming civil war...primeminister was ready to mobilize army to solve problem before it grew bigger...Nepal police got over confident and demanded that they will eliminate maoist if army agrees to provide weapons...That operation was (kiloserria -2) was big fail.
