Hello, I am new and am learning to pilot but I have a question. When you are flying and take some damage you always get healed up really quickly. That can't be the nanite auto repair system as it heals really quickly and the nanite repair system does not heal that quickly? Thanks
fire sps on ESF is OP the only one that gives 25% life back... thats almost like 1 lock on missile. I use dog fight for a2a its easier to evade other ESF lock ons and ground ones too
Hey man, another enjoyable video! Was wondering if you are running or in any serious air outfit on Cobalt VS? We are looking for specialized outfits to form alliances with... specifically looking for air, or airborne, outfits right now. On another note: you might want to add a description to the links in your description so people know what tutorial they can expect. Take care!
do u prefer the hailstorm or the saron? i dotn have much time with the hailstorm, because i was consantly told only use saron. but... i wanna try something else is it worth it, or will i have to learn how to rush?
1. i didnt see on your air combat videos troubles with opponents A2A missiles. did you cut this from video or know how to prevent to it? 2. you use fireburner not so frequently so why you use external afterburner fuel tank?
Why don't you use the hellfire rockets? I'm not sure if Vanu has them but TR do. Aren't they good against ground units? Also why not combo the anti-ground gun with hornet missiles, instead of having more afterburner? Thanks good video, you are true killing machine dang!
MattiAceGaming Serious question. This is coming from someone with zero flight experience. I wanted to ask about the Light PPA and the Banshee. Both receive a lot of hate from ground troopers. From what I've seen in videos, the Banshee requires consistent aim at a single player. While the PPA is a spam weapon but has a risk of getting rocketed. What are your views on both weapons based on your experience of flying both loadouts?
I said that because every time there is a good fight somewhere where VS is defending, those fights get ruined by all these people that also decide to come there but have a completely different mindset than me. What I call a good fight is when the enemy is inside the actual base and neither side have these huge advantages in terrain, or bases that have this tendency to create chokepoints where both sides are camping at and anyone that dares to take a step towards the others sides chokepoint gets picked off instantly. Those good fights tend to also have very few maxes, shotgun users. In these kind of fights, is when I truely enjoy ps2 and in these kind of fights I get extremely annoyed when some heros decide to kill the sunderer that is keeping the fight alive. I keep asking myself the same question over and over again, what are these people thinking they are achieving with doing this. What kind of mindset do they have. Is it fun for them to take out the sunderer? I think its such short term thinking, or maybe its me coming from a first person shooter background that find it incredibly stupid to do such thing. If you would take PTFO(playing the f objective) to its extreme, there would never be a infantry fight at all, as any time a sunderer is deployed somewhere it would get taken out instantly. Sometimes that is exactly what happens when playing VS on cobalt, within minutes their sunderer is destroyed and the fight is over. Then I go to staring on the map and I see a bunch of hexes where there is 85% NC/TR/VS in a hex, but no even fights anywhere, that means that no other fight is ongoing at the moment. I dont play this game to cap bases, I play it to have fun and when I have fun, thats when there is people to shoot at, not look on the map to find an eventual base where I can find what I am looking for. Felt like I needed to elaborate on why I said what I said, even though your comment had nothing to do with it.
choon211 I feel for ya choon, but there are just too many 0.2k/d hurrdurr casuals that rush for the point or killing that sunderer. They dont know any better.
choon211 I agree. On Emerald there is currently the problem of noone (including my faction TR) wanting to fight VS. A couple of days ago me, my friends and a mixed force of randoms attacked Xelas Airbase (even though we had no lattice link to it), it was a VS base. Finally, VS has someone who wants to fight them, and it was a good fight. 1 or 2 Maxes (easily taken out, conc grenade + rocket in the face), lots of good gunplay for once. What does VS do? They destroy both sunderers and fuck the fight. If its not them spamming PPA Magriders/Harrassers from the hills, then they are destroying Sunderers at good fights and then disappearing into redeploy. Either that, or they only pick fights where they can easily defend with their skillless no-recoil weapons and then after fucking the fight they vanish again. Its fucking ridiculous how much VS as a faction ruins this game. And I'm not biased, I have a BR 45 alt on Miller and that was my first account. I come from Doom, UT, Halo 2 and CoD - I just want to shoot people in a proper game of combat. But PS2 and VS as faction keeps watering this down.
Tommybotham Well, people destroy the sunderers on all faction and since I main VS, I do have to admit that is kind of hard to know what it actually is like on the other factions. Having an alt on NC/TR isnt the same as have your main character there and I cant say for sure. I do feel like sunderers are getting taken out way to fast and often, but of course that is also from the perspective of someone who has played the game since closed beta and get inpatient with all the downtime between fights in ps2. I dont have any scientific evidence for what I am about to say now, but I feel like I saw less HE prowler even back then when HE was a lot stronger then it is today than I see ppa magriders/harassers these days. Using ppa on magriders especially has gotten so mainstream and VS has kind of become the farm mentality faction that from my point of view always have been TR. When it comes to weapons, I can only say that 3 weapons are quite unique to VS, as in you cant find weapons on the other factions that are better at what they are good at. To me, that is, Orion, Sva-88 and pulsar c. Other than these 3, you can find plenty of weapons on the other factions that outshine its VS counterparts in many areas. I am a very big fan of TRs carbines and assault rifles, I also like several NC weapons. For example, if I was gonna pick 3 carbines(1 from each faction), I would pick pulsar c for its accuracy at range, jaguar for close and midrange and gd-7f for outdpsing heavies in CQC. These 3 carbines would be all I need, all the other carbines would be redundant.
abukanoff I just get the feeling that this has been occuring more frequently lately and its annoying me. You are right though, they usually tend to be less experiences players that are looking for any easy XP they can get.
a question bro i wanted to complete the mossi directive which weapon shud i get for a2a 1. tomcats 2. coyote no ones helping i need a2a for directive people saying use nose gun but they dont get it i need to complete the directives ;/ which one wud u recommend :)

Riccardo Este TY mate
7:55 lol you're lying so hard, you were definitely not going for the sunderer there...
***** Quiet you!!
MattiAceGaming
No, Matti, no!
>.
Matti is tsundere for sunderers
Hey Matti can I suggest you use a keyboard overlay next time you fly your esf so people get a rough idea as to what you press when flying. Thanks
Thank you very much for this video - huge help to a learning pilot.

IxamusMC Thanks! Maybe, but I don't know
What is your take on the photon rocket pods?
I feel like Im watching WWII nose gun camera footage haha.
Why don't you use the hellfire rockets? I'm not sure if Vanu has them but TR do. Aren't they good against ground units? Also why not combo the anti-ground gun with hornet missiles, instead of having more afterburner? Thanks good video, you are true killing machine dang!

Nice Vid again! I started flyin half year ago because of u, but hitching/freezelags doesn´t let me anymore :(

a question bro i wanted to complete the mossi directive which weapon shud i get for a2a
1. tomcats
2. coyote
no ones helping i need a2a for directive people saying use nose gun but they dont get it i need to complete the directives ;/
which one wud u recommend :)
if u dont want to answer in comments wud help me if u cud pm me planet side1992@gmail.com
am confused :3
You don't, just work on all the nose guns
i know what your saying. if your into rushing get the coyotes. if your trying to stay in range alot use the a2a missles
youve prolly already done it, but why the fuck would you go for coyotes and-or tomcats?
Is it just me or is the light ppa op compared to the other factions? I mean its lime rocket pods with more ammo
Lame A2A because coyotes and standard A2A missle are SO STRONG but for some reason I suddenly don't have any video of that.
I can take 3 guesses why.
Why not using ur auraxium trim or what ist called?
"lets make myself easier to see in the dark"
The light PPA seems to be really OP compared to the air hammer.
so far dude:)
Sundi dogging skills op ;P
***** Deployed sunderers normally doge in a very unpredictable way =)
Matti wtf are you doing to do with all of those certs you have lol?
You should do a tutorial on rushing.
I use the same exact loadouts.
I opened all the links in the description at once. It was weird.
Should't stealth get like honorable mention or smth!! Though I think that the majority don't pay attention to the mini map anyway.
2017 hornet missiles bullshet
You're not very stranger friendly matti :(
Worst Darius EUW Did I say something?
MattiAceGaming You remember AFlyingRhino ?
Worst Darius EUW No, sry
MattiAceGaming It was on Indar outside the warpgate, (TR) we shot down a scythe and then we kept flying, then you turned around started shooting me because you thought i was going to ram you.
