Nice make, I made 1/2 a dozen back in the late 70s, one of which I wore to my wedding in 79. I used white rabbit and you can see it in my memories video in flight dancing with my wife. Cheers...Freddie
Thanks for the comment. I’m glad my video brought this important old memory to you today. I was kind of waiting to see if I received any such comments. I’m of Scottish descent myself. While I have never been to Scotland I hope to go one day soon.
Appreciate the time you take to make these videos. Only thing I see is some improvement on the beveling tool marks might help. If you background it wouldn’t be so noticeable. Thank you once again.
Thanks Larry. Yeah still working on smoothing out my beveling. I did toy with some backgrounding on a test piece and didn’t like how it was looking. I ended up making two sporrans and a few other test pieces. Thanks for commenting
Still developing the skills. I also need to find a harder cutting board to use. The poundo board that I have used for most of my cutting is too soft and the tip too easily digs in and makes the process too hard.

Thanks. I will have one on display at my next show.
Thanks for posing with the sporran. It’s nice to see the finished work.
