    Just a tip for everyone. One of our SOPs for making ice cream is to lay the bag flat on the counter after filling the hopper. Then you take a flat scraper and you scrape from bottom up. This will help you prevent a lot of waste over time.

    Hey Sentry, what is your relation to Electro Freeze Tri state? Who is the manufacturer? The machines look the same to me.

      Rizzle Riz we are distributors for the same brand of frozen dessert equipment. Sentry is a separate company from tri state, and sentry covers central New Jersey, south jersey, Philadelphia, some of PA, and all of Delaware

      @@pizzapizza4991 Emery Thompson is strong, no doubt but much overrated. There are other great machines. ET is way too expensive for such small capacity finished products. They're too much Talk. Good machines though

    All that milk and cream for little container of Oreos... 🤣7:42 - For those who don't know, the recipe shown here is 100% overrun (100% air added into the ice cream, 2 gallons of milk, will provide a final product of five gallons of ice cream, thus 2 gallons of air added 🤮). Good quality premium ice creams such as "ben and jerry's" only have 20% air added into their ice cream, thus nice thick, dense, rich and flavorful premium quality ice cream. El Cheapo airy ice creams are being made here.

      Actually... when you break down what you say, you're 100% wrong.
      To begin with it's clearly 80% over run.... Not sure why you made up the 100% statement. No truth whatsoever.
      Secondly he is using a 14% mix..... Ben & Jerry's does not use a 14% pre-mix. Going to be completely different.
      Last point.... He added more Oreo cookies at the end, what is your problem dude?????
