    Two wonderful performances posted in short order. What a treat! And, watching the camera mounts shake in sympathetic response to the pedal line was delightful. One wonders if Daniel's registration registered on the seismographs up at Caltech. 🤯

    Sir that is fantastic playing. I also feel vindicated as an organist myself playing this piece that it is OK to not necessarily "pedal double" where Gigout called for it in the score. That organ has so much tonal resources in the pedal that it does not need pedal double on this piece. Again GREAT PLAYING!!!

    Do watch the St. Laurencekerke dual organ performance ( away from the glittering glass atmosphere of this American Building) of this music. In a grand atmosphere that America can never replicate) on two organs with two , separate organists.
    The European historical setting cannot be replicated.
