Color Up, maybe you’ve talked about this, but I think you should do a video about turning place bets off. I like to play the inside nums or across, and a 7 is huge/bad. But I also don’t want to rely on a long roll to make money. So I take a hit or two, or even just a roll or two, (pick the rule and number), turn them off, and wait for the next shooter. More generally, it can be used to time/avoid the 7 on a 2-4 roll shooter. This happens a lot and is fun and you don’t feel like you missed out on a long roll too much. Also makes you -feel- like you gamed the system when you take $14-21 then all your bets are safe as the rest of the table moans on the 7. If your session has few or no PSOs you walk away a winner. But again, besides just being a tool and a strategy, it introduces “timing the 7” which is another way to be entertained that most strategies don’t offer.

In other words, most people leave their bets up until a 7, so they’re relying on a long roll to get ahead more than they realize. Lastly, it helps slow your roll, which I love.
I'm gonna roll this out on the Golden Nugget's tub game at the pool while at DiceCon, it's a $10 table and I just remembered they auto buy the 4 & 10 at $10. Genius!!
The ONLY Craps game in Town where the rule is the shooter Has to Remain Seated!!! hahaha... and the table is not symmetrical nor flat (but angled away from the dealer). hahaha. But still Fun Stuff while surrounded by lots of eye candy and cool fish/shark Tank!!! ;-)
TOO restrictive for me! If I am going to bet box numbers, then I need to bet that number's running mate! For example, if a 6 rolls, then bet 6 and 8, if a 9 rolls then bet 9 and 5, and if a 4 rolls, place 4 and 10!
This is very similar to my "Cover 2" strategy! You just added an extra bet, but the concept is the same. I like this. This is a lower cost version of my strategy, this is great for low bankroll or low table limits!

They rely on players, especially when players are having their fun with house money! 😜 Dealers are also trained to take good care of their players and they want you to win. If making hard way bet, is it not always worth betting 6,6 or 1,1 and odds better and same chance as hitting as other hard ways? 🤔 not played before so maybe I'm missing something?
The difference is 2 and 12 win or lose on every roll. The other hardways only the number and seven effect it so many less rolls per hour effect it, causing a much lower cost per hour
This is what I do when my bankroll is low. I put money on the pass and don't at the same time. Put four dollars on the horn each roll . Place odds on the six,eight, only and $20 on the ten with the don't
Thanks for the video! Where have you seen the auto buy at $10? My understanding was only in Vegas? Which would now mean only in downtown Vegas or NLV because it’s tough to find $10 tables on the strip? I feel like this is sounding critical, but I’m asking purely out of curiosity.
Auto buy is prevelant, but usually at $20. There are plenty of casinos at $10, not so much on strip, but this past weekend even Tropicana was down from normal 15/25 to 5/10 so hopefully things are going back to normal

The host is knowledgeable, informative, gracious and entertaining. This is the best channel on the subject. But the fact is, Craps is strictly a game of luck. The concept of "strategy" is nonsense. Any "strategy" works great until it doesn't. The roll of the dice is random. That's how the expression "it's a crap shoot" originated. The other fact, is that the odds of winning at any bet on the Craps canvas is set in stone. The "house edge" for all bets is concrete, so it's simple to determine the "best bet". From a standpoint of reality and mathematics, there's only one "strategy" which should be taught. Place a "no pass" bet (and add "free odds" to that bet as your bankroll and tolerance for volatility allow). That's it. Mathematically, that's your best odds of winning. Any other "strategy" is inferior, because it will decrease your chances of winning. You can make an "iron cross" out of your chips. You can make a square out of your chips. You can make a raccoon out of your chips. But in the end, the simple "no pass" bet with "free odds" is your best chance at winning. Someone is going to say, "Yes, but your style of play is boring". "I gamble to have fun". Well... I submit that everyone has more fun when they're winning. Decreasing your chances of winning with an elaborate scheme shouldn't make things more fun... (unless you're playing with Monopoly money). If watching all these videos has taught me one thing, it's that watching these videos is a waste of time. LOL But I still do it... Funny story: I was watching a video in which "craps experts" were discussing "strategy". One expert kept saying "if the dice are rolling 7's, you should bet like this". Dont pass with lay odds is way to loss least amount over the mathematical long term. I don’t think it’s your “best shot at winning” best shot to win is like you mentioned - luck. So the dice roll how you bet. So on any given day, some crazy strategy can win and the mathematical will lose. Casinos bank on long term math, we play, or I should say gamble, and it’s just that, so I recommend play however you want on your weekends.

Blackjack players invest countless hours learning their "basic strategy" to perfection, in an effort to decrease the "house edge" as much as possible (on every hand of play). They will never knowingly make a decision that will forfeit an extra .25% to the casino's advantage. Again, that applies to every hand of play. Some players even learn to count cards, which further lowers the house edge. Make no mistake, the odds against you apply for every roll of the dice... both long term and short term... just as it applies to every hand of cards. The bets with the lowest house edge are truly "your best shot at winning" (both long term and short term), whether you want to believe it or not.

You will never eliminate house edge. In any given hour, You can bet don’t with laying odds at 100x table and get crushed, just as easily as some kid playing the field could make a fortune. if the game were about the math, your best bet would to stay home.

Why are you buying the 4-10 when it pays 19 after the vig. If you place the 4-10 its going to pay you 20. Please explain and tell me if im wrong
If you place the 4/10 it will pay 18. Place bet odds are 9:5 - buy bet is 2:1 minus 5% vig

Pass and don’t pass are basically same, but don’t is 0.04% better for house edge, saving you 4 cents per every $100 bet

There are always examples of when pressing works, Yhere are more of when it doesn’t.

Why buy the 4 for 10 win u can place and get paid the same net amount($19) on a $10 bet.

Placed odds on 4 & 10 is 9 to 5 (x2) = $18 to $10. Buy odds are 2 to 1 (x2) =$20 minus $1 vig = $19.
A great low cost strategy to kill time while the girlfriend or wife gets ready for dinner.
