Casillas was one of the most phenomenal goalkeepers in the history of not just Real Madrid but in the history of World Football overall. Pure class, character, determination, and fantastic eye and hand coordination.
After watching it all i wanna say once again iker is not just any gk he is the best of all time he is the reason why so many young gk start to play football
Sipho Thenjwayo Iker was better than Buffon in his prime(both at their absolute? Iker could do things no keeper could do as far reflexes) that said, Buffon overall would go probably go down as a better keeper due to his unreal longevity.
As a Barcelona fan I can't stand Real Madrid almost hate them, but stars like Casillas and Raul were just out of this world and carried themselves like true professionals. I've been a fan of this guy since Euro '08 and wish him nothing but the best.
Buffon is brilliant but winning Champions League at the age of 18 . I remember his 1st game against Bayer munchen . Casillas hold a little edge in terms of laurels .But I also admire Buffon .
