Also, don't forget to connect the monitor to the video outputs of the GPU instead of the motherboard. I have had cases where the client buys his GPU and connects it to the motherboard
Bro tell me how, I bought a fancy monitor and I remembered setting up high refresh rate and freesync pro and all that but built a whole new pc and I've been using it for months with all of those features disabled. Thank you for this video.
What are you on about Vsync still works perfectly fine in fact enabling amd enhanced sync makes everything worse yes the frame time and fps do improve but the whole image looks disgusting
@ProYamYamPC that's not a gaming card... I haven't looked, but it might be slower for gaming... more video ram alone won't make it faster, especially now, maybe in like 5vyears if 24gigs isn't enough.. but look at Titan Xp VS GTX 1080 Ti, even though the Titan is more card on paper, the 1080 Ti is faster in gaming, just a slight bit, but still
You forgot to mention that you need to turn on freesync/adaptive sync in the monitor itself (osd)
Thanks for your comment, it helped me solve a freesync issue
Yes, that's a very good point. Thanks for pointing that out!
This small channel keeps of putting out there the best pc gaming content for the real everyday user.
Thank you so much bro!
Also for anyone else as a reference Expo is not the only amd overclock. There is also DOCP for amd motherboards

I'll give you one advice too, get rid of the light bar o top of the monitor!

V-Sync is not good in the slightest for any competitive game, it adds way too much input lag. Adaptive sync is a much better option
Can I source you a really old gpu? I don't know what it is but ill send it to you.
I mean... the only mistake i know of is gaming on anytbing less than a 4090... just saying...
