Hi yuyan! Love your videos ❤ just a little advice: you must hydrate the chia, yes or yes, since that is how you obtain the "gel" that it generates and that generates benefits, by itself, as you consume it without hydrating, you only waste your money haha (I am a nutritionist by the way)

We use to have a shiba named Dakota and they are natural stubborn dogs. But when I would take him for a walk I show him the leash and collar. But he would just stare at me. So we give him a little push towards the leash 😂
