    The last license I renewed, it changed to license to carry where previously it was CHL carry concealed. This lawyer makes it sound like constitutional carry makes it legal to open carry and it does but thats not a new law for open carry.

    Always wanted to live in the Wild West. I'm going to start wearing my irons and ride a horse to save on gas. If anyone has a problem with it, we can dual outside the saloon.

    I believe new law repealed that drinking and carrying is a crime ? No longer an offense ?

    On July 6, 2016, Philando Castile, a 32-year-old African-American man, was fatally shot during a traffic stop by police officer Jeronimo Yanez of the St. Anthony police department in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area.
    \-_-/ for following this advice while also being black.😂

    The whole "no training " bit boils my blood. Even this lawyer is stupid on chl licensing. They do not "train" you when getting your chl......

      Any responsible person will do training anyways

    How do felons protect their homes or families?

    • @deontaylor1547
      @deontaylor1547 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Garrett Guerra That's the dumbest answer ever bro. Shit happens to people. You don't know can persons story or situation. Zero empathy smh

    • @deontaylor1547
      @deontaylor1547 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Garrett Guerra You simply are misinformed or merely uneducated then. Not all felons have committed heinous or violent acts. That simply is not the case for all of them. You've basically reduced humans that have been released back into society the same society you are a part of to 2nd class citizens that should be kept on the fringes of civilization. Their children, wives mother's etc should have to live in a home with no way to protect them? That seems archaic at best. If a person has served his or her debt to society I believe they should be reintegrated into society.

    Hello I’m a hazmat truck driver can I carry a gun in my truck the reason I work by the border oilfield and don’t feel safe

    • @ThePresidentialTouch
      @ThePresidentialTouch 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you own your own truck, it depends on the contractor. If you work for any company, typically not. Now personally, I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 and carry.
