*Dwarf hamsters need nail trims every month or so. Their nails will curl & cause the hamster pain. Syrians & Chinese hamster nails tend to not need trims. I prefer to use cuticle trimmers. It gives me more control.
The vet that my mom takes our dog and cat has a exotic veterinarian so I take my rabbit to the same place that we take my dog and cat and it’s just helpful
I just got my rabbit named Echo and I thought that I would have a good vet to bring her to…and I asked them if they take rabbits and they said yes but now they don’t take any new clients wether they at exotic or not and it made me so mad because I my rabbit had the sniffles and a small breathing issue

I hate how rabbits and hamsters are considered as exotic pets. What is so exotic about these animals as pets. I don’t know about hamsters, but rabbits are like the third most popular pets. About 1.5 million houses have rabbits (2.2 million). More and more people are owning rabbits. Yes they do take them back, but the same can be for cats and dogs.

Rats vs Rabbits! I had rats for 10+ years until I decided to get a bunny ❤ Rats also make amazing pets, but they only live 2-3years.

Hamsters are rodents so i wouldnt get one. Rabbits arent rodents (even though their teeth are sorta similar to rodents)
