If your goal of saying who is the best is purely statistical, then Pelé is the best. Pelé is by far the player with the best statistics. He has 1.41 goal contributions per game (goals + assists/games). Messi has 1.25 (Messi is second in this statistic, with a large margin ahead of the third, which I believe was 1.12. And from the third onwards the number starts to fall more slowly, with the fourth having 1.11, the fifth 1.10 and so on). Clearly Pele and Messi are in a league of their own when it comes to statistics.
As for Ronaldo Fenômeno, if you look at the statistics up to the age of 23, when the serious injuries started, he was the greatest in history in statistics at that age. So much so that Maradona himself says: “If it weren't for injuries, the Fenomeno would easily be the best in history”.
