My friend there are legal implications when parliament is the constitutional body responsible for regulating the agreement and approval. Since the taxpayers money are being used an individual in charge do not have the legal authority to remedy irregularities and incompetence

Mismanagement of public funds is not solely the responsibility of the Attorney General, especially when the Attorney General is a government appointee and lacks the willingness to safeguard the citizens' funds.

Okudzeto Ablakwa is the biggest hypocrite in the history of Ghana politics. His first job as a graduate from Legon was straight into politics as Deputy Minister of Education under the late Prof Mills when he had no work experience. He served in government for 8 years and couldn't find anything wrong. Suddenly in opposition he has become a patriotic Ghanaian? Did he dig deep to tell us what happened to the guinea fowl that supposed flew to Burkina Faso under the government of John Mahama? What about MASLOC and GYEEDA? What did he find out after digging?
