Q1. How to make the cooling effect of CX05 reach the best state?
Use a power adapter above 30W. It is recommended to use the original TYPE-C charging cable. If use a adapter with 5V2A, The lowest temperature of the radiator can only reach 6 to 7 degrees Celsius.
Q2. Can the RGB light effect be customized, can the light change be controlled, and can it be turned off?
Can't customize, can't control the light change, Good news is the cooler can turn off the light if you press the power switch.
Q3. As a magnetic electronic product, is it safe to use it on a laptop or tablet?
very safe. The product is made of N52 magnet. But because of its small magnetism, it will not affect the hard disk, screen, sound card and graphics card of the mobile device.
Q4. Can the product get rid of the charging cable?
cannot. Because there is no built-in battery.
Q5. How heavy is the product, is it easy to drop? 180 grams, not easy to drop, very stable.
Q6. How to switch to different cool modes? Press the switch button one by one.

Traveling in the Philippines this is where cooling fans are greatly needed. My battery health for iPhone dropped from 99% to 95% in just 2 months. This is where you stay in places with no air conditioning and are in outdoor temperatures all the time. Rarely do you have air conditioning in poorer countries.

Just bought one for my s22 ultra to play pubgm and it works, it’s a little too big but I knew that was going to happen. I wanted it to cover as much of the phone as I can so it can cool it down more and it works. -7c @ 30w 👍🏾

Sadly it covers where it's not needed much,the chip it's under the camaras,I would recommend you get a heatsink plate,put the cooler on top and it'll transfer to under the camara

Can you do a comparison video of X42 vs X80 vs CX05? Also this time can you use a thermal gun to check how cool it gets both in C and in F?
There's also an iPad Cooler X80 that seems to run even cooler than both X42 and CX05! Would be really interesting to see you do a review of that and comparison of those 3, regarding temps and fan noise.

Sounds like you may have got a dud or something -- definitely reach out to the company and see if they'll make it right. Or if you bought through Amazon, maybe get a refund or replacement if they will.

What adapter did you use ? Brand and product name please
Didn’t use one - plugged into a power strip that had a USB-C port. Just make sure you use a powerful adapter and you’ll be fine. 30-45W should suffice unless the product listing says otherwise

These Tablet Coolers are really cool Thing but what I'm wondering is, what about the Battery? The worst Thing for a Battery is extreme Heat but also extreme Cold and these extreme Temperatures reduce the Lifespan of the Battery in the long Run
Extreme cold is temporary damage. Heat is permanent damage.
