@ in addition to the guard Mounted at Horse Guards, there will be other guards mounted by the Kings Life Guards, the Captain of the Guard is more likely to be assigned to escort the King, with various Lieutenants in charge of various parts of the guard; the guard Mounted around the places and ceremonials, the stables, those training/drilling, those planning, those rehearsing, the Captain of the Guard is more likely to be a Major (for the King Troop, RHA) [although I can’t recall the rank that commands the KT, RHA) or a Colonel when the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment is the King’s Life Guards. If the young officer in the video was in overall command of the King’s Life Guard she would be “Captain of the Guard” in that sense, but I don’t recall that being a ceremonial title used, those who have earned their rank would rather that be used (unless they had a ceremonial title that was higher in precedence) and those below that rank would be careful not to assume anything.
Salute 💯 👍 👍
very impressive unit. felt sorry for the female gunner and Mod officer when the trumpeter performed. hope their hearing is OK. 😅
Firstly she is a lieutenant not a captain, second that is king’s troop royal horse artillery.
Thanks for correcting me. I’ve updated the title.
Impressionnant!, 🇬🇧🌿👏👍🙋
Whatever her rank, is she nonetheless Captain of the Guard?

@@TheAukel Yes. Thank you.
Punishment parade???? No such thing as a male or female soldier all the same and allegedly gender neutral 😅😂
