Superbottoms basic diaper

Its a pocket diaper which comes with single Terry soaker with stay dry feel layer over the top. You can place the soaker inside the pocket or above as per your convenience.
Once the diaper is full whole diaper must go for washing and works well for 2-3 hrs easily in day time .

Yes completely safe you can use the pad inside or outside as per your convenience.

For newborn basic would be bigger. Try using newborn diapers for newborn babies. Let me know in case you need more information on it.

You can use both way either by stuffing inside the pocket or place it above.
Both way work good.
