I drank the tomoe river paper Kool aid but I still love flipping through my old LT1917 bullet journals. I appreciate how simple you keep it.

I liked your setup. Simple, but elegant!
One suggestion: it would be helpful to set the focus on your journal and not have the auto focus on. Often in the video, your hand was in focus, but the journal wasn’t, so it was difficult to see what you were doing in the journal, which is kind of the point of the video. Plus the refocusing each time you moved your hand in and out of frame was jarring to watch. Fixing that one small thing would make a big difference in viewer experience, and make it easier to see and appreciate the setup you’re creating!

Hmm it looks nice and pretty but it is far from minimal with all the extra effort you've put into writing in individual dates of the month and drawing all the different lines. The original bullet journal method is far less taxing ngl.

The great thing is you can choose what you want to include 😉 I use the word minimal relative to other setups since a lot of bullet journal content online is heavy on art.
