I'm just wondering how much better the palette would be if the brush was damp or you used your finger. I almost never try and do shimmers without doing one or the other.

I used to love Urban Decay but apart from their foundation/concealer, they've disappointed me for years. Their eyeshadow formula has gone so downhill and I feel like their concepts are amazing but the colour palettes are lackluster and are just NOT suitable for anyone with a medium or deeper skin tone! This cyber palette wouldn't suit anyone deeper than me and I'm like 0.1 vanilla 😐

Cant blame the palette for fallout when you apply the shimmers dry with a brush tho haha, i agree tho that palette was a fresh concept and stunning packaging but was such a flop inside, typical UD eh 😪
I've found with Urban Decay palettes that they've changed the formula - the mattes are WAY better than they used to be (think OG Naked, Naked Smoky, Naked 2 days), but the shimmers are nowhere near as good. I got Naked Reloaded a couple of years ago and I really had to dig into the shimmers with my brush and setting spray. A shame :(

I love tarte too!! I had a stranger compliment me on my make up today and most of My face was tarte. That UD cyber pallette is so disappointing you're right the colour story is such a let down
Didn't Urban Decay used to be the go to higher end brand for colorful, alternative looks? What happened? I wanted this palette and the Ultraviolet because of the color stories, but everyone who's tried them says they're lackluster and not worth the money at all. Such a shame.
kinda sad about the pallet, as lovely as the colours are I would have loved something a little out there and crazy, maybe even futuristic considering that it is literally cyber themed!! the outside packaging was really pretty tho
Iv never understood those types of products like the essence coffee highlighter I used to av a bronzer that was loads of little balls and u dip ur brush in and no pigment comes off them u just get them stuck in ur brush 😂 jst annoying really.
I love that you're not afraid of colourful eyeshadow. I really love it on you. However I am an older subscriber and 50 next yr so I have stayed away from colour and gone for more browns and neutrals. Still going to keep watching you in my 50s as I love your personality and you're a stunning and lovely girl X

the HNB is so bad for creasing, looking dry and caked suppose under white lights like on tiktok it looks nice but soon as its in natural light its awful had better luck with cheaper think high end is only way to go though
Sorry Urban Decay but that colour story is poor. Of all the colours for a "cyber" palette... You could have had a blue for the blue screen of death, a good black, a lime green. The silver is just about the only colour that's on point.

I love Tarte too. They are definitely one of my favorite brands. The Foundcealer Foundation is my favorite from them.

About that Essence coffee bean highlighter (or any similar product): with closed lid shake it well to brake up the product, then apply.

Always use shimmers with ur finger otherwise u won't get the full effect. Thts why the swatch on ur hand looked a lot better with tht silver.

maybe try spraying a little of your setting spray into the highlighter to make it easier and more intense?

Urban decay should have done the cyber concept as a vice palette rather than force it into the naked range. I was disappointed by it and didnt buy it
