I usually use it to communicate more effectively to normal lifters who don't do this kinda strength program. It's in the lexicon and that's really the only reason. Because I've used elite products that felt like beginner products. Grippers. Fun stuff like Mark Bell slingshots. I take the point here. Semantics makes it difficult for the normal person. Hence why they should read the books
