This video is really old but thank you so much for uploading it, I had the out of range error (the resolution was too big for my monitor) and I was able to fix it thanks to this video.
While you are in-game (playing... not in the menu screens as in the video), you press the O key on the keyboard. By default it's O key. It's the last option in the keyboard setup menu as I remember.
A prominent number of people faced this issue with Bioshock Infinite which is quite sad :(. After reading your comment, I searched over Internet if there's a solution to this problem. Nobody so far had any luck with it. Everyone telling about different possible reasons but I couldn't find anyone who had luck fixing the issue. May be they patch this glitch soon. I'll be on the lookout for this and will let you know if I get lucky in finding a solution.
This song is really giving us a hard time to find. The song used in the video is called "After You've Gone". It seems to have multiple versions available. I am not able to find the one that has been used in Bioshock Infinite. I found a wiki page that mentions the one from Bioshock Infinite as "After You've Gone - Ruth Etting". That one also seems to be a different version. Please check video description for wiki page link. May be you can find the exact version. Let us know if you do please :).
Thanks, this actually helped me to fix the game, since the game boots up in 16:9 ratio but my monitor only supports 16:10, so I had to use a controller and remember where te options for changing it were with this vid. ;)
If you downloaded it through Steam, you can do it through Bioshock Infinite game property window. There's a tab on property window called "Language". Right click on the game in your library and click properties. Click on Language tab on property window. On Language tab, you will see a drop down with different language choices. Select English (or desired lang) from the drop down. If desired language is not there, tell me how you got the game, may be I can help if I know more details. Cheers!
As explained in the above comment, you press the O key. Once you are on gameplay menu, you will notice different tabs there for objectives, gear, vigors etc.

No mate, we've looked a lot on the net the only things we see in the forums is people posting about having this problem. Nobody has any luck so far with fixing it. But there's one thing I noticed which is common in most of the cases. It's with older ATI cards. Not all the ATI card owners have suffered this problem though. I assume you are using an ATI card? If so, please give a try to catalyst 3.1 as mentioned by MegaMrso in his comment. Let us know if 3.1 fixes your problem. Wish you the best!

Well that seems to be a mistake. MegaMrso said 3.1. I think he means 13.1. And in that case you already seem to be upto date with it. I remember that a similar kind of problem appeared in Hitman Absolution. That was fixed only when they patched the game. Seems like the solution here is also a patch. If this bug is reported by significant number of players, I think the patch will be released soon. Everyone having this problem should try to inform the developers/publisher about it somehow.
not many people encountered this bug, but i'll post here in hopes of getting some help. my menus appear blank, as in, it works just fine, only that i can't read anything on the damn menus :\ anyone else got this issue?
It's sad to read it man. Really. We haven't heard complains from most of the players. Most players seem to be very satisfied. We hope that they release a patch that fixes problems for you and others who are facing problems like you. Best of luck and have a good day!

What a broken game. It's unfortunate that once again, consoles beat PCs because at least they work when you put the game in. :( Back to 1997 once again, I see. :(

Hello, sorry for the late reply. It's the first menu that you also see at 0:04. Clicking on the Play Game option will take you to the next menu in the lower right portion. If you are asking how you come back out from the room on the left, simply press the Escape key repeated until you are on the main/first menu.
i just downloaded bioshock infinite but it is in fucking russian or something like that ( no offence ) .....is there a way to change it ? or i just have to reinstall it ? .....

I have the same problem. If you change the contrast you can see the options slightly but nothing else.
