Thank you for the education. I'll be ready if I have a claim.

Mike assisted me after Hurricane Ian. He fought for me, and I ended up receiving seven times the amount my insurance company tried to give me.

yeah state farm admitted to interior ceiling damage if 10k but zero roof damage and we have a 8000 sqft cement tile roof, water started pouring in during Milton. Most absurd report I have read and yes we have a public adjuster.
Thanks for making this video its absolutely true the absurdness

We had water pouring in during Milton in multiple rooms from roof damage. We got a home inspection two days later showing major damage so we filed a claim then we had two roof inspections also showed wind damage tiles lifted. We hired a public adjuster who was present during adjuster inspection and two weeks later insurance sent letter saying we had interior ceiling damage yet no mention of amy roof damage the top of report says STRUCTURAL DAMAGE REPORT . I found out our public adjuster never filed POL proof of loss and we handed all our roof estimates to him. He now is saying this happens blah blah but doing nothing. Our claim number was removed from our state farm portal and I cannot find out how to file an appeal and how to deal with our public adjuster. Should we get our attorney involved?
