A student admits she leaves bouncers 'baffled' when they find M&S gluten-free BREAD hidden in her handbag on nights out - so she can still buy a McDonald's after clubbing.
Evelyn Burton was diagnosed with coeliac disease when she was just seven years old meaning she is unable to eat foods containing gluten such as most pasta, bread or cakes.
The 22-year-old started supplying her own gluten-free bread to enjoy a McDonald's burger when she was a teenager and began taking 'handbag bread' clubbing when she started university three years ago.
