The main problem is whenever Bengaluru is in stress then only the government is waking up to it, there is 0 future forecasting. Earlier it was heavy rainfall water clogging issue, then traffic jam due to metro work, now water shortage. Illegal construction is in boom in bengaluru, trees cutting down , lakes drying up and no maintenance of lakes. The city is also facing heat waves starting with Febuary itself.
Today in times of india, saw a ad to beutify madivala lake costing 15 cr. It is not real time for this when water crisis is so severe.
