I have this identical machine and was going to take it apart and rebuild it but I don't have anything on it so I am a bit intimidated to do the job. I have refinished furniture for over 60 years. Never use water on a wood cabinet that is antique. I use Milseks oil to clean old wood. It feeds it and cleans it without damage.
Wish I had that list. I have one identical to the one in this video I would like to fix. They are fantastic on the thinner leathers. I sewed on my grandmother's machine which is a different one in high school. My aunt left it under a leaky roof in her sun room and ruined it. By the time it was given to me, it had froze up and all the veneer had popped up. I was sick about it. When I used it years earlier, it was in excellent condition as my grandmother was a seamstress and that's how she made a living on that machine. I love the treadle machines because even if the electric goes out you can still sew.

Love this
I think you'll want to pronounce the word “treadle”, like “t-red-dle”. Like a stair tread. Very lucky and very nice. Congratulations on that score!
I have digital manual and parts list for this model. Remastered by myself. I can send it via emal if you need.
