@@VariTimo it is technically better because it’s newer, but it’s was nothing like PSP when it was launched in terms of success and how people loved it.
@@rafsnchz The PS Vita is just as nice and premium today as it was ten years ago. And it got rid of all the flaws of the PSP. It was a shame that it never went main stream because I’d rather have a compact PS Vita “2” today than a large Switch Lite.
I really feel that, theres a lot of that vibe with the latests videos that he's done since that first video about the lens, I wonder if it's the same from that one, anamorphic lenses are so expensive but the style they give is amazing, would love to find one not too expensive to give the style a try.
So glad i got mine right before the huge hype for it started. I did have to order from NJ tho but it was worth it because this camera brought my passion and love photography back again.
Love this, I've got the x100v and occasionally want to look up videos for inspiration to get out shooting but so many are clickbait debating specs and whether its worth it or whatever, so I appreciate a real-use and down-to-earth video about it. I agree with all your points, I've been trying to take it out wherever I go to capture the fun/mundane life stuff, and since it's so small you barely remember it's there and doesn't feel intimidating to people around you like a huge dslr can (and also to feel like I'm getting my money's worth out of it lol.) Totally agree with the x100v inspiring normal everyday shots around the house too, I feel like using a fuji for the first time makes me notice lights and color more because of how beautifully and dreamily it captures them. Great video man!
I've had all the X100 series cameras since the S. Currently my favourite camera among all these version is the T. There is something about it that I keep going back to it. I like the V ofcourse but the T always makes me excited to go out and shoot.
Yo, i dont usually comment, but seeing the intro got me hooked already. Came here for a camera review, but ended up with a cinematic like experience. Great job!
Idk what im more jealous of: the Camera or the PSP lol Happy belated Vuhlandes! Feel like my birthday whenever a Vuh project drop tbh bc here I am AGAIN rewatching the first minute and a half of this video like 10x before letting the video run lol. Goated.
man i was looking at getting a x100v a while ago, should've gotten it when i had the chance. love the videos and keep up the good work. also i know ya ain't much of a landscape guy but if ya make your way to m-22 up north, the scenery is gorgeous especially in the fall and summer
LOL on the skateboard disclaimer at the end! Thank you for the vid. I've been hemmin & hawin over a second hand purchase of this camera. Inspired! Cheers from Montreal QC.
happy birthday! I'm from Brazil and your videos are real inspiration for me! The colors, composition, editing... So much quality! Thank you for share it!
Hey bro thanks for posting this! I have always wanted a camera that feels exactly how you described, because although filmmaking and video marketing are where my career will revolve around, there's something special about that point and shoot style camera that is non-invasive and un-altering to the things you're actually wanting to capture to share/store. If it can double as a workhorse b/c cam I'm with it! Not only that x100v, but what setup/rig did you use to shoot the skating sequence? Crispy image! love the anamorphic~
Hey buddy! How well does video do in the hot weather? Texas to be exact... I use a Sony RX100 VII which has a heat barrier for high heat recording in 4K and not once has it overheated here in the Texas heat. I want to upgrade, since Sony hasn't released a newer version and this camera definitely caught my attention. Appreciate you...
Happy Birthday, Vuh! Always enjoy your stuff, and always down to watch another video on the X100V haha. Also, I truly hurt for both you AND the camera during that slam at the end. OUCH. Hope all is good!
Man I just came for info on the camera but I ended up really enjoying the vibe of your whole video. I learned a lot and you put me in a good mood, thanks!
I broke down and purchased it for $400 over retail. I am normally a Sony shooter but have been enjoying this quite a bit. I downloaded a recipe that gives it a Leica style.
the PSP, Sony’s greatest creation.
I can confirm
PS Vita is better.

Not sure why Xbox never made one.
your way of using anamorphic lenses even just for a youtube video is really inspirstional, shows that u treat any video u make more like a film

it's cropped spheric, not anamorphic
what camera is he using
Vuh, you don't miss!! The storytelling, composition, colors, everything. Just great! 🔥🔥
Also, I want one of those skateboards 😂
Your videos are insanely comfy. I woke up to a depressing day and they inspired me to go out and feel the sunshine. Thank you!
you have some of the coolest, well shot, narrated videos. Love seeing my people in these spaces KILLING IT! keep it up bro
So glad i got mine right before the huge hype for it started. I did have to order from NJ tho but it was worth it because this camera brought my passion and love photography back again.

Just casually dropping a kickflip in the intro. Beautiful video, wish I could afford one of these tbh
had the x100s for the last 3 years and mannnn the x series by fuji is just insane. made me find my love for photography again
That "Don't Be A Menace" throwback at 1:33 was too good! Haha
Killing comps & sequences 🔥 Happy Birthday bro, enjoy!
your color grading is on point. easily one of the best visual style on youtube
Can you show us your settings and film simulations you use with this camera?
Would love to know!
This is where I come to be inspired man. We appreciate you!
That camera angle on the skateboard was dope.
That skateboard POV shot really did surprise me - I really like it!
One of the best photography channels out there

Please get another one!! I love your work and have this camera! I would love more x100v content through your perspective 🤩
You absolutely kill it with every video. Been watching since back in the Canon 5d days!
You should do a full photoshoot with it would love to see how you shoot and edit with this camera.
Big Thanks and Happy Birthday to you, Vuhlandes, also from Detroit!! 🙏🏾Blessings
Couldn’t agree more. Just got an X100T used and it’s everything you say about the 100V just with lower quality. So easy to take everywhere!
Happy Birthday! Keep up the awesome videos
I loved my X100V, but I love my G7X even more 😮. For me it’s just a better fit-size and overall experience. Happy Birthday!
Another amazing video. I love your vision

Came for a review on a product I want, left discovering an amazing creator. Amazing content brother.
I love you
🎂🎊🎈🎉HAPPY BIRTHDAY VUHLANDES🎉🎉🎉
Happy Birthday man, I really enjoy your content and gives me inspiration.
As the X100V has the same image output as other Fuji cameras, I literally use it as a second body alongside my X-T4 for my professional work.
man i was looking at getting a x100v a while ago, should've gotten it when i had the chance. love the videos and keep up the good work. also i know ya ain't much of a landscape guy but if ya make your way to m-22 up north, the scenery is gorgeous especially in the fall and summer

Happy birthday dude! Your videos are a gift to us. Hope you get your camera back - "camera carma".
I love the colors in your photos! Were you using recipes or editing RAWs? Keep up the great work!
the Fuji X-100v Hall of Meat clip at the end was brutal, happy birthday Vuhlandes!
There's definitely a x100 "look" to the photos it shoots - almost super clinical and over sharp.
Happy Belated! I appreciate your channel!
Good shit. Love your videos, man. Also... yeah, great camera!

Love the video, and the intro! You have a new follower! Keept it up! Hi from Sweden!
awesome story telling! epic work!

Luckily was able to get mine way before the Hype. I will say this one and Ricoh Gr iii are good everyday cameras. The Ricoh GR iii is even smaller.
yeah the ricoh is the best. that positive film filter is nice af too
I broke down and purchased it for $400 over retail. I am normally a Sony shooter but have been enjoying this quite a bit. I downloaded a recipe that gives it a Leica style.

Vuh, which camera did you use to shoot this video? What an amazing skill you have here
Love your aesthetic, dude. Are the shots at 1:58 - 2:25 graded using your LUT pack?
Any specific film simulations that you use ? Or were the photos shot in RAW ?
Happy Birthday, doc!
