Yeh the cash payment is 18 months however the mortgage payment is 90 months ( 8 years )
If a person want us to build on their own land and wants to be paying the installation over a longer period of time as we build , we can . However in the estates, it’s 18 month cash or 8 years mortgage

You need to add the square footage of each home in your write-out description. Since your target market is the diaspora, home sizes matter.

For three bedroom house, are all the building materials included in the price? Do I have to buy the building materials separately?
