I can understand it. I wouldn't want to play with him in a band.
There is more Damian than music left during his playing.
Or in other words, a band of 5 Damians would sound really bad.
You need to be able to step back, play precise, make a pause, listen to the others, to play in a band.
The older Damian gets, the less I see this and feel his playing.
Don't get me wrong Damian has a great techniques and can produce wonderful tones, but that is not enough.
@@moskitoh2651 He's sitting there playing alone, that's why he's playing like that. He has no problem doing whatever needs to be done to play in band, if that's what he aspired to do.
