This is great. Much better than trying to prove out a snake the old fashioned way. I wish this had been available when I proved out my het pied green pastel female. Sure saves time, and no guesswork. I will definitely do this in the future. (Jan Griffiths).
Amen! I mostly deal in a least 1 visual during pairings, but this will help a lot with determining my own hold backs this next year in at least 1 case and I am sure a lot in the future as I try to make new combos. Thanks for watching!
Thank you. I did keep the pied baby (male) from the green pastel. He is the very first pied I produced. Hope you had a nice holiday. (Jan Griffiths).@@RhynosRoyals
I have a female ball python I was told is a banana ghost she is a gorgeous snake but have no idea what morph she is except for what I was told. My question is how would list the morph if you don't actually know what the morph is.
If the breeder produced the snake you bought or knows that original pairing you can only go by their word and examples of that morph I would say. If their reputation is good I would trust that it should be what they say especially for the resesive Ghost gene and Banana is pretty unmistakable as well. Mistakes can and do happen but that is mostly in regards to the gender of the animal, in more subtle genes, or when many genes are present at once :)

I didn't know they added morphs since they launched. Great video!
Yep in fact since this video has released they added a whole bunch more including Puzzle and many of the Blue Eyed Lucy genes!
Great video, thanks
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching!
