This word is true. God gave me this scripture not too long ago and showed me that first he will restore us then the outpouring that is greater than Pentecost will be released. See verse 2:28 Joel. The latter rain! It has been a true birthing process to get to this point, but necessary....labor is actually easier in the natural than this birthing.
