One day I went ahead and now realize how much higher Hu is than Star Wars, eons above in all aspects. Oh well guess this is negative but only to show the goodness of The Hu; In my opinion the greatest Band that ever existed. Sorry Star Wars thanks Hu First band I have followed in over 40 years. The best thing about The Hu is so humbling to any artist in existence. The have instruments, which have been used since beginning of anything musical! And , they became this huge tempest they sing about! They rolled over anything! Sold out everywhere! For their music, no less! Every soul, who has listened to them, is affected & infected by the Hu spirit! They remind us to remember where we came from, who we are. The message is very clear! The Hu became recognized by UNICEF ! For preserving & promoting the Mongol history. Imo, they do much more than that! I love u, Hu! Thank u for everything u do!

My husband and I had VIP passes to see them in Baltimore and he learned a little Mongolian for the occasion. Just enough to say Hi and wish them luck with the show. He didn't tell me. I was as surprised as they were! Fantastic concert.

Everything really. I don't work, I don't leave my house much at all because I am terrified of people. Fantastic. My daughter is half Mongolian, mother in law from the grasslands, father in law from the desert. These guys (The HU) are in my top 5, maybe sharing top spot with Hanggai.
I've got no idea what these guys are saying, but they kick ass! The music and vocals bang no matter where you're from. Who says music can't bring the world together? I don't know.
Even more impressive, these Guys actually made up a language specific to the Star Wars Universe so that they could create the music for the video game.

These guys and Apocalyptica have opened my ears and mind to a different state of mind. There are a few Celtic bands I have stumbled across that I need to go back and lookup and research again, that have sent my mind, body and soul into another way to hear music, not listen to it but hear it for what it means. I would so love to hear all these cultural bands get together and hold a festival of Cultural vision so all the world can see , music can bring the whole world together. As a movie reference, Bill And Ted , there music brought about peace and tranquility not just global but universal. Cultural music from all over the world could be humanities answer to survival. And sharing all other Cultural pasts can bring this hateful word together. Everyone enjoys food from different cultures, music, customs , religion, dress, and ways to be friends to anyone they do not know from anywhere , any culture and any where they are from. I am a simple person and I truly believe this is what will bring world peace.

THIS is the group I need to finish my installation in my house, which I've neglected for too long. I need to TO HEAR THESE GUYS BLASTING IN MY HOUSE! I used to be a studio engineer. When I moved to my new house, I got lazy. These guys let me know I have to get my act together. Sounds nuts, but true. With or without Lzzy Hale, they are wonderful. I think I can turn on half of my friends.

Never been much of a metal fan but these guys give a kick ass cultural identify and authenticity that totally redefines this genre. The throat chanting, the bowing techniques etc. Rhythmically there's something to my perception that also feels a bit Native American about them.

I caught a clip on FB and immediately had to look up The Hu Band. I am Loving the combo of throat singing and western rock n roll. Anyone into metal has to dig the deep voices with good back up music. A huge thumbs up. And it doesn't matter that I don't understand the language because it sounds so good.

Having just discovered the HU, I am thrilled with what I’m hearing. I also now understand why my oldest brother always wanted to go to Mongolia. I think he was a Mongolian at heart, and it saddens me that he passed away a couple of years ago before getting a chance to fulfill his dream. 💕🦋

Definitely worth the money, saw them late last year and all 3 balcony's were full to capacity and at one point standing 6 deep, I couldn't see them but the music was phenomenal and the atmosphere was out of this world.

Never been much of a metal fan but these guys give a kick ass cultural identify and authenticity that totally redefines this genre. The throat chanting, the bowing techniques etc. Rhythmically there's something to my perception that also feels a bit Native American about them.

I caught a clip on FB and immediately had to look up The Hu Band. I am Loving the combo of throat singing and western rock n roll. Anyone into metal has to dig the deep voices with good back up music. A huge thumbs up. And it doesn't matter that I don't understand the language because it sounds so good.
What can be said about this introduction of new/ancient music? I say remarkable, it gets my attention and pulls my heart and Spirit to remember the path! Powerful Earth music where mountains rise with majestic energies and lakes sing the rhythm that creates with the force of the rising of older wisdom into a new age! Thank you guys! Baraka Bashad!!

Having just discovered the HU, I am thrilled with what I’m hearing.
I also now understand why my oldest brother always wanted to go to Mongolia.
I think he was a Mongolian at heart, and it saddens me that he passed away a couple of years ago before getting a chance to fulfill his dream.

Pure, raw energy. Brilliant. Every song feels like a call to arms to warriors. I must see them live.
Definitely worth the money, saw them late last year and all 3 balcony's were full to capacity and at one point standing 6 deep, I couldn't see them but the music was phenomenal and the atmosphere was out of this world.
