I'm having the doubt in task mail.. In general information they are telling to expand intials. But in my case ,my lastname is single alphabet and in all my documents it's single alphabet only. What should I do.. weather i meed to expand it or not .. Please clear the doubt

I am completed my interview on 23nov and raised a ticket 2 times yesterday And iam getting ->`we regret to inform you that we will not be able to proceed with your candidature since your profile does not meet our eligibility criteria` What does it mean? I think Technical support team doesn't have information about AiC What do you think?
