People think its easy to just sue for slander or defamation of character. While its easy if you have enough money to pay a lawyer. Even then there is a good chance the lawyer wont take the case. You have to prove this act has hurt you or directly prevented you from say earing more money. Lets say by miracle they can do that, you are still stuck what are the chances that person has the funds to even pay? Which also prevents lawyers from taking the case as they want their share plus they dont like to rack up losses so they tend to pick ones they can win. Companys and wealthy people can sue as they have lawyer on retainers. Look at johnny deep and amber heard he won and hasnt even recouped his leagal expense he wont ever see anything. But he was willing to pay to clear his image publicly.
Watch Murder Raps interview with Brandt Dixson - NOI greeters and those selling newspapers etc would walk up to cars. We dont know if the person who walked up to the car was involved, but its very likely it was simply a NOI greeter. We also know for sure that Shaheed was there. And we know he had ties to Suge, amoung many others, and that he had a lot of influence. Doesnt mean he was involved either. When 2pac and Suge got shot, he took 3 hrs to get to the hospital. How was he able to call his father within 30 minutes of the shooting and tell him Southside did? He wasn't at the fight or on the strip.
