It is Hongseok( lead vocal in team) on background harmony (high note you mentioned) at 4:43; He really has the gentle and warm quality in his voice. Though he got least parts in this song (sad for Hongseok T_T), he's harmony there is actually the killing part for me.
And the Green guy's lyrics (Wooseok, rapper in team) that you don't understand at 4:31, it's actually the music note 😂 He's singing syllable names '1765321'.
Pentagon's music never fails me, no matter titles or b-side tracks! Not to mention that all the songs are self-composed by themselves! This comeback is my favorite Pentagon title so far.
