I've not done a top surgery, yet. But i guess that sleeping in a chair is easier when u want to get up it's much easier. But sleeping in a bed seems more comfortable and you'll sleep better without waking up because it's uncomfortable.
I have a question that’s a little off topic but can you do top surgery with drains? I’ve heard son horror stories about not having drains and I’m a bit concerned
August James Wright of course! It’s way easier (for the surgeon) to do it with drains but I strongly recommend against it - here’s our publications showing doing it with drains is riskier. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30896555/

I am now almost 4 days post op, I sleep propped up but I am wondering if I can already lower myself. Thanks!
Yeah i would probably have to sleep propped up cause i’m a side sleeper since sleeping on my back flat tends to result in sleep paralysis lol
Woaw thank you for your videos, it’s super useful, I love it.
