Simplify simplify simplify!! Yes! that is the best tip! We love the freedom we get from home education. And I intentionally use that phrase when talking about our kids learning. If I wanted to do school I would have sent them to traditional school. I found that when I started out the more I tried to make our learning like traditional school the more stressed I was. We were missing the freedom that home education offers. I have children that like to wake up super early and get right to work and I have 1 that moves a little slower in the morning so he chooses to do chores and have fresh air first thing in the morning and then come inside and when my Littles have their first nap/quiet time of the day and he sits down. You are so right every family has to find what works for them. I also want to add something I heard Carrie from 1000's of roots youtube channel. She did a homeschool video one time and talked about how she gives her children their assignments and then they have to prioritize their own schedule through the week and this stuck with me because that's how the real world works. At a job your boss may give you a deadline to have something done and he doesn't micromanage you to do it. You have to prioritize and that is such an important concept to learn. Maybe there would be less procrastinators in the world if we learned that lesson since youth. This idea of course may need support for younger children but every parent can gage their children's abilities. Sorry for a super long comment, just very passionate about this topic. Great video.

Thank you for sharing these wonderful resources! Love the microscope, I need to get one! Lol! I want to share with everyone a discovery I made for our homeschooling. I use the plastic sheet protectors to cover a page in a book or slip a work sheet into then we do the work with a dry erase marker. You can erase abd yse the sane material over and over again even for multiple children. It's supet cost effective! I even use one on my fridge as a dry erase board for reminders and shopping list.
Also I left you a comment about 3 videos back on self care. Just wanted to be sure you got it! Thank you for your content ❤!

My son is going to school for the second year, and I thought that I would get used to it, but it is still hard to spend half a day without him. I feel that this upsets me very much. It is very wonderful to teach a child myself. While we live in another country, and we wanted him to learn the language in the environment. But it is so heartbreaking

I can only imagine!! We tried montessori school with our eldest, and it was so hard to not have him home for half the day
