I am always so glad and grateful to see a new video here! Thank you for sharing so much inspiration and knowledge with us. Whenever I am feeling scattered, which seems to be too often lately, your videos help me bring back focus and calmness and a fun sense of exploration. If anyone is considering the happiness tracker, I highly recommend giving it a try. I have been doing it for a few months now and feel I finally have it finessed to my liking. It is fun to color in the squares, but more importantly it reminds me to pause and take a breath and make sure I am doing what creates a balanced and joyful. And I love, love the no buy preview. I want to explore that for the coming year!
@@paulapost8004 thanks so much Paula! I love that this space brings calm. When I found TH-cam in the midst of the pandemic, it was like a life raft. I found so much calm and that’s exactly what I hoped to share in this space. I’m so glad to know the happiness tracking is having an impact. Amazing brain science at work! 🩷🩷🩷
Yay!!! Glad you’re back. Another great video. You always inspire me the way you explain how you journal or your methods to using your planners. So thank you! Wanted to let you know I started a happiness journal last week. It’s been interesting coloring in the squares every evening. It really causes me to pause and reflect over my day. Focusing on emotions and working through them. I’ve been on a self discovery tour for the past several months…so feel real fortunate to find your channel. I read The Artist Way several years ago. Really enjoyed it. Actually I’ve just returned to The Morning Pages practice and I think it’s helping. Would need to know more about what your thoughts are as to doing something with the book as a group. I may be interested!! Love your positivity and creativity. So glad you are doing well. Take good care.
@@marykerlin994 thanks for such kind words always! ♥️ happiness tracking as a practice to recall what’s good in every day - oh how I love you’re enjoying that!!! After months of it I can’t deny its power. I’m thinking the artist way might be a chat I create here in community with check ins on my progress, thoughts, etc that we can all chime in on. Could keep up motivation and if anyone is stuck could be a place to recharge the excitement for it? But just that - very casual no real deadlines etc. happy to hear any thoughts or ideas!
Good to see you! I've always loved those tiny stitched doodles, but I was intimidated by the "do it every day" aspect. I think doing it weekly and by season would be lovely!
Great video! Thank you!🙏❤
I get the feb thing, I like to use march/spring as my new year.

I totally agree! Let’s see how we do! 🤞🏻
I think the only way your get an English version of the Hobonichi is to buy the full year. I have used the Avec since July and the size is perfect.
@@juliannphillips8695 oh isn’t that interesting! Good to know. I’ll do a flip thorough overhead when I get it set up too 🩷
