Xenoverse 2 Blue Goku Is One Of The Most Overpowered Characters In The Game to the point I actually avoid playing him.
But recently the wait for Tenkaichi 4 gameplay, news, a trailer or anything has been so crippling I will play SSB Goku to take the pain away!

About Goku's arms. Apparently, canonically SSG and SSB make Goku's body more slim so he can me more effective with his Ki. Not sure if the same is true for Vegeta, but that was the explanation.
SSJG makes his body more slim, but iirc SSJB bulks up his body just enough to be about on par with his base form.

They gave that variation of blue Goku backflip because in the Goku Black arc there's a scene where Goku repeatedly backflips to avoid ki blasts. He was added during the super packs in the free update to be up to date with the anime. But I totally agree that he shouldn't have it on his preset. Its a waste considering the only preset with his good moves and OG gi is a damaged variation.

The latest DLC models look amazing but they can definitely make the models look a lot better, like they do in Breakers.

I like Bluku. I love the idea of my two favorite transformations combined into my favorite transformation in all of DragonBall: Super Saiyan Blue and Kai-oken, or as I affectionately call it,
Blue Kai-oken. 🔵🔴
While I love Beast for my female Earthling, if we got Blue Kai-oken as a transformation, I'd pick up my old main, my female Saiyan, again. Long as I have waited, I can confidentially say we aren't getting it in Xenoverse 2. Oh well... Maybe in the prophesied Xenoverse 3. Lastly, I am sure this game would thrive if the big wigs actually treated it better. There is some legitimate hype moments in this game. It feels really satisfying to land a well-executed finisher or an anime tier comeback from the brink, especially against cheesers and modders. However, the connection issues have to be the greatest killer of this game, even more so than cheesers and modders. At least if the connection was stable, you'd have a fair chance of defeating the sweatiest of tryhards. Nothing is more disappointing than losing a fight you would have otherwise won if your opponent wasn't Lag Skipping so fervently that they have 40 seconds of invincibility and freeze the round timer until you lose. Lag in Xenoverse 2 is unlike any other lag I have ever seen in any game before.
Well first of all kaioken isn't a transformation, it's a technique
Second of all blue is already a combination of SSG and SS, so that's why it's called SSGSS in game.

Secondly, I know how Super Saiyan Blue works...and? Has nothing to do with what I was referring to in game. Try not to jump the gun like that in the future, people will tune you out when you start off with a brash attitude. I dunno about you, but I got better things to do than argue over nothing. Especially when said nothing is something that person already knows.
I like bluku for his kaioken preset aswell, Anime was the obvious reason for it same for using hit too

One of the main problems with Xenoverse 2 is the fact it isnt crossplay, so those numbers may be from all platforms playerbase

It's not for the artstyle. They said in the anime that they get thinner with God ki because it is much more calm.
Except when Goku is swapping between blue and god, you can see his arms get thicker in blue, meaning they shouldn't be that thin. If they're going to be lazy, they might as well have used the base Goku body. if you're going to do a WELL ACTUALLY, do it right, don't half ass being a nerd in a room full of nerds. We will mock you for it.
@@shadowsnake5133You’re forgetting that this game came out like less than a year after Resurrection F, and in that movie they actually did get thinner when using Blue. It’s not until the tv adaptation when they stopped bothering with that.
Imagine if we got kioken blue for cacs and could swap between all the god forms mid fight like goku does all the time... I think it would make saiyans the best race again. Rn earthlings are kinda too broken. So being able to swap from near infinite stamina mode to stupidly fast stamina regen tanky mode (kioken and evo) would just be really good. You would be a untouchable BEAST as you effectivly can never get tired as you regen stamina faster then you could ever possibly use it up. And then just be hyper aggresive in kioken and super defence mode in evo. Do quick knockbacks and rest in evo and then once your high stamina again swap back to kioken and act like your actually in kioken and start whooping ass

Play it often because of photo mode and PVP. Ain’t even a cheeser, I’m ass but it’s fun still.
After awhile, you see so many of the same patterns that it isn’t actually that hard to deal with it. Hence why I have fun.
Blueku is one of, if not the best Goku in the game except for Custom Goku and the Glass Cannon/Damage Master MUI Goku.
I really wish people would start playing custom Godku more. He’s incredibly fun

A million monthly players is a lie it’s dead online and on pc. When the new DLC dropped a lot of ppl were in online matches using new characters or helping each other in PQ’s, but now it’s a dead zone, you gotta be lucky to find a match or someone to help in a PQ.
Living in Ontario and the skies aren't too bad anymore, a week ago it was really bad. I'm sure it's worse the closer you get to Quebec and Alberta

Spread across PC, Switch, PS4/5 Xbox (and whatever varients it has.) The game could definitely be averaging a million monthly players, doesn't mean it's all in a day/for one particular avenue of playtime.
Yeah i am super excited for tenkaichi 4. Hopefully we get a trailer this summer. Tbh the sand land reveal build up was sounding like tenkaichi 4 and that made me hyped but it turned out to be nothing really tbh.

I bought Xenoverse 2 and I had my fair share of fun with it. One day I wanted to make a cac that was supposed to be a Goku Black that just got Goku's body so it primarly used Zamasu's techniques and I was like "where is Zamasu why can't I find him" because I had all the DBS Black Arc DLCs.
Turns out Zamasu Mentor is in the DLC *after* the DBS ones. I dropped the game immediately after. When I heard both Black version got a customizable version I was like "nice, I can try that" and they turned out you have to farm raids to get a CHANCE to unlock the item for them. Didn't even try.

Connection determines what type of fight you're going to have. If the host or your opponent is 1 bar, you have entered the land of make believe combos, and 'so that just drops then?'.

The way they get their numbers is likely a combination of all the consoles combined. A large chunk of the "concurrent" players they're talking about are likely comprised of about 80% mod authors/users modding the game to give it the love Dimps won't show it.

"a million monthly players" lol and they won't fix the game, the op moves that everyone complains about are still op, backflip, jumpspike, super god fist, handy cannon, 3 bar majins, broly grab spam and pvp modders are all over ranked on playstation. These aren't new problems they have been an issue for years. They could all be fixed in one patch but dimps just doesn't look at whats going on in pvp.
I'm pretty sure you don't see alot or players cause you're on Xbox.
Remember that their money pronation comes from their own people in Japan and most and nearly all Japanese people own a Playstation or an Nintendo

Still wishing he either gets a custom or a 5th preset so that he can have Dragon Fist, he flat out does one in the regular ending of the base game story and here we are like 8 years later or something and they added 3 extra presets to him and none of them have Dragon Fist. I don't even think the Revamp Team gave him a Dragon Fist preset, it's just one of those little notions that I can't get out of my head when using him and it makes me irrationally angry.

The million monthly players are us the og of xeno , whom appreciate the major changes they did from one into 2 , there is so much development yes it’s buggy but it’s still fun, admit where do you turn when you burnt out of everything else ?
Not Xenoverse, I'd yell ya, and on the development side; the development really only goes to dlc and balancing, completely neglecting one of the CORE features of the game character creation, skills and wigs don't count towards that.
But at least they've been making more cinematic moves to use.

2) If you're talking mechanical development, then yes, there was much improvement, I'm; however, talking about a feature, a core feature at that, and a major selling point of the series, that as far as I've can tell and see has basically gone unchanged and unimproved since the first game and throughout xv2's lifetime, excluding the addition of the stylist, there's been no addition to the character creation since xv1.

@Illunadegoofshin i haven't seen code vein's character creation, but yes, an expansive creator would be nice to have, and xv2 hasn't really put much work into it since it's release. One of the reasons I'm Moy hoping for a xv3, because if a core feature like this that (imo)is a major selling point of the game/series hasn't been added onto or improved since the first game, then why even add it in the first place? you know?
