Have a great day guys getting the kids ready to hit paradise point today, was down their on Thursday arvo and got a 51cm dusky flatty on a soft plastic😊
I was just there yesterday for ANZAC day. Gutted on the fish you lost. Those were big hits. I managed to get a feed of bream and put back alot of small fish. Great to see your subs going up! :) Nice vid guys. Tight lines!

Saw you guys down at Brunswick heads fishing next to the boat ramp at the small harbour We started fishing the spot next to you lot before you took off We had a killer day pulling in bream rock cods etc
@@fishingwarriorz didn’t turn out to be a bad day weather wise definitely keen to head back down on a nice sunny day The wife got onto a cpl big bream great spot down there
@@nadclay09 yeah nice, the weather wasn’t great but still good to get there, been wanting to head to Ballina for some time had the chance so we went rain or shine hehe 😁
Hey I love your channel. I only just started fishing with my kids this year and we live very close to the Tweed river. Can I ask what baits you are using? We tried with squid there and didn't have too much luck, but that was also our first time out and we had no idea what we were doing. Thanks. Please keep those videos coming.
Thanks 🙏🏻. Haha that will change lol 😂. Yeah in winter we get the big thumper Bream, hopefully we get em again this winter. I am not a fan of the cold though 😬😬
Hey guys what pound line do you use on your rods. And also do you guys use a Leader in your rods when fishing?? I have 8lb mono line on my rods which halls in the little fish fine but whenever I hook something decent it snaps of. If u do use leader what is your recommendation
Hi there, if we are running mono on our estuary set up we use 14lb mono right through, it seems to work very well! If i’m using braid for estuary i have 8 or 10lb braid with a 10lb Daiwa J Thread Fluro Carbon leader, depending on where we are fishing if its very snaggy with oyster rocks etc i will put a 20lb leader on. With our bigger rock rods im running 30lb braid with a 30 or 40lb leader, when i had mono on it was 30lb straight through. Hope this helps 👍
The spot by the bridge is on Chinderah Bay Drv Chinderah, then follow that road up towards fingal head and we fished all along the edge of river too 😊👍
Hey there, it’s not very often u get both a toilet and bbq in a good fishing spot but the only one i can think of is at Hope Island on Boykambil Esplanade, oh and Quota Park but u have to walk across road over the bridge to a toilet which is a little annoying thats at Biggera Waters! You could take a little gasmate bbq and eat anywhere on waterfront where there is a toilet 😊. Just an idea! Hope this helps out 👍
@@jv.boonkvlogs6675 you can’t go wrong with the Tweed Wall, don’t have to go right out you can stay in along the edge and still fish before the big rock wall, top spot there, you will need a fishing licence for Nsw though 👍
@@jv.boonkvlogs6675 It’s on Coral Street Tweed Heads, theres a couple of places to park along the waters edge, and there is a toilet block there also! You can walk along the whole path and it will also lead you out onto the rock wall if you choose to. We also catch fish here along the rock edges👍. The fishing licence can be done online just google nsw fishing licence and it will come up, $7 for 3 days it is! Good luck happy fishing 🎣👌
