@@ammar_arsiwalaI wouldn’t say it’s about being weak or strong, personally I have learned and relearned how to do a muscle up a few times, and it’s more about getting used to the technique with practice.
And personally I feel that anyone who puts in effort in learning a muscle up or any other exercise is already stronger than many others.
