    1. Take ownership: Accept responsibility for your actions and decisions, and avoid blaming external factors.
    2. Communicate effectively: Be clear and concise in your communication, and actively listen to others.
    3. Show consistency: Be reliable and consistent in your behavior and performance.

      I agree 100% that taking ownership creates more respect from others. It's also a bit more complicated than the other habits I shared in the video -- probably worthy of a whole episode on what it looks like to take 100% responsibility. Thanks for your comments.
