I'm skeptical of this filter set up. I have the round pool and the "included filter " didn't have enough power to clean a fish tank let alone a pool. We changed ours over to a Hayward 2 hp filter system. My concern with this is I see no skimmer!
These always cheap out on the pump and filter BUT it's just a matter of tolerance for the water chemistry. With an undersized pump and filter you have to be on top of the water chemistry while a larger system will give you more leeway.
I have a rectangular Bestway pool. It is only 2 weeks old and already the printed tiles on the base have faded badly on the floor of the pool. In about 5 places the pattern has disappeared completely. Has anyone else experienced this?

The problem with box pools You might get 2 years out of them cost about a grand You want your liner to at least be 30 mill Legacy and splash makes portable pools That last for 30 year You never have to take down for about 2 grand but worth the investment because you don't have to worry about your liner ripping or property damage

@@conanobrien1 Better leave the water above the drain valves, If you can fill the water to the maximum amount. then cover. Reason for this is, during winter when snow is filled on the top of your pool the cover will not get tight and it will not coz your steele frames to bend.
I wouldn't! The weight of the water is sure to cause an issue you don't want to have. Water is about 8 lbs per gallon. There's about 8k gallons of water in the pool That comes out to about 66,760 lbs sitting on a roof. Heck, the weight of the kit comes in at about 400 lbs while it's in the box.

@@hemoshreebhadra3437 While furniture and people can add lots of weight. That weight is distritubted, a couch here, a bed there, and so on. You will have 66k pounds in a 12x24 foot area. That's a very small area carrying a very large amount of weight. Even if I thought it was remotely possible you would have to have a structural engineer come in and have a look at what you want to do and where you want to do it. And, as with everything in life, if you throw enough money at it then anything is possible (even though it may not be worth it). But keep this in mind. The average car weighs about 3k pounds. You would be stacking 22 of them on your roof to come out at the weight of this pool with water in it or roughly 33 tons.
So, why do you have water coming out of the pool before its filled? 6:07 into this clip, I started noticing lots of water on ground and it wasn't high enough to exit the side valve thy were installing.

It holds about 7800 gallons at 90% full. Take a stopwatch and time how long it takes your hose to fill a gallon and multiply with 7800...
