- Ho to go Matheran sunset point from Panvel
Matheran's Sunset Point, also known as Porcupine Point.
Direction: Get down at Panvel bus depot: Walk towards Ambedkar chowk: Get on TumTum to reach Dhodhani village (It will take 50 Rs) : Get down at the stand then walk for 2 mins: Taa-daa you have reached the base trek of Matheran.
The cost of a Trip for a single person:
Vashi to Panvel: 30 Rs
Panvel to Dhodhani : 50rs
Total: 80rs
I am not mentioning the costs of the food over here coz it depends on person to person how they want to spend it.
