Hi Q😊, not a great way to start the year so hoping you get good results! Interesting about the genetics, they can tell so much nowadays with a few simple blood tests! Yes, we decided this year to modify our diet and are trying to eat less sugar and more plants, so we’ll have to see how that goes🤔. Up for two mutations according to family history. Very interesting & not scared. Have been on the planet a long bit. LOL Really going to keep my collards & other greens growing strong this year! Most confused by all this🤔 De Moor is a Dutch surname hmmmmm!

We do mainly boat together, but we are trialling a period taking the car with us. Sometimes it’s easier for one of us to take the car and the other the boat especially during these winter months when the tow paths are so muddy. 😊
