Genuinely love this friendship so much! Legit one of my favorite parts of this amazing series. I'm glad that they haven't tried to make it romantic in ANY way. That trope is way too overused. Just 2 people who care deeply for each other & have/will always be there for each other no matter what.

If you enjoy watching TV shows when the 2 main characters share genuine platonic relationship , I'd recommend "4400" and "Continuum". "4400" was cancelled after a few seasons though

Love their relationship. Such a wonderful, underrated show and April an even more underrated actress. She should be basking in attention and racking up nominations as Rita.
its just the best "superhero" tv series of all time. But maybe is a lot more than just that. i love this show.
What I love about Doom Patrol is the "superheroes" in the show are not good being superheroes.
They're flawed and disfigured people trying to adjust to their new life. They just get roped in in whatever wacky and absurd adventure life has for them

Larry, Rita, Cliff, and Mr. Nobody are my favorite characters on this show. They're such well written characters. Larry simply wants to feel accepted, Rita wants to be loved, Cliff wants redemption for his awful past, and Mr. Nobody doesn't want to be a nobody.
these 2 are my fave characters. this show is amazing and I can't wait for season 3, that Dorothy cliffhanger really got us all on our feet and ready for more.

Но вот в третьем сезон, после слов Риты о том что после десятков лет проведëнных в прошлом, они все стали для неë "чужими", разрушилась их химия. Спасибо авторам, что умудрились уничтожить одной фразой, самую трогательную и прописанную дружбу между мужчиной и женщиной за всю историю сериалов и фильмов.
