I’m familiar with that area. I used to fish the river Deveron near Elgin (Bridge Of Marnoch, to be exact!). Findhorn is a lovely spot too.
Edit: Does Nairn still have a heated indoor swimming pool that’s fed by seawater? (or was that Portsoy, near Banff?). T’was a long time ago that I went there! 😀👍
